[Resolved]  Redbus — cancelled ticket refund request

I booked my bus ticket by redbus (Ticket number (Tin): tn5w91198226
From: pune
To: jaysingpur (Kolhapur)
Date of journey: 03/05/2019
Travels: konduskar travels pvt. Ltd., the ticket amount was 714.30/- rs. And cancelled it on 02 may 2019)

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days.

Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my amount. Give me response as soon as possible.
