I booked two tickets from Bangalore to Trivandrum in KSRTC(Kerala) on September 2nd for the seat number 30&40 which cost 2477 rupees through redbus. I tried to cancel my ticket on same date that is September 2nd but it showed and error message "Something went wrong try again later". So I tried cancelling it today morning (September 3rd) but now there is a message coming up like "Sorry! We are not able to cancel your ticket. Please contact the bus operator directly at for raising this issue".
How can I contact the bus operator directly?
I called KSRTC customer care and asked to cancel the ticket, they informed that tickets booked through redbus can be cancelled only through redbus app. I contacted redbus customer care it stated same message" sorry we could cancel your ticket"
I want to cancel that ticket and refund of 2427 rupees.
