I booked 21.08.2022 by online to go to Rameswaram on SRS travels bus through Red Bus app.but they left me without giving correct information.The driver said to stop at Toppur tollgate in Dharmapuri but it didn't stop and the red bus track showed that it was coming at 2.25 am. So I was planned reached the boarding place at that time 2.25am. But the bus crossed at 10.45pm at my boarding place. This is frustrating in my mind.So I request to refund my ticket money.
No action has been taken to resolve the problem with my trip.So please correct it immediately and refund my travel amount to my bank account. Otherwise I hereby inform that legal action will be taken against their company.
I have attached my screen shot of phone conduct time and track status and information etc.

    Hi My self Ajit Dubey i was booked ticket thru RedBus on 16th which was Re-schedule on 17th from Rajasthan to Mumbai, but Bus was cancelled, same was immediately inform to Redbus and they gives the assurity that refund will come in 6 working days still i dint get the refund, and after calling him on 25th still they are asking for another 72hours for update.

    Please help, payment was made thru Simpl app and now they are asking me about the payment and levy late fees charges on me.

      I had booked tickets on 20th august 2022 from chennai to muthupettai. the bus supposed to arrive at boarding point at 9.50pm but got msg saying that bus delayed 1 hr due to heavy traffic. i waited till 11.45pm at boarding point but bus dint arrived. I tried to contact the bus operator but the number was switched off, meanwhile i contacted the red bus customer service and the person who attended the call asked me to hold for few minutes so that he can contact the bus operator after long time he replied that redbus team also not able to contact the bus operator so he asked me to find the alternate and promised that i will get back my ticket money back in 48 hrs. but even after 4 days they havent refunded my money and now redbus send the mail saying that "During our investigation regarding your complaint, we received information from the Universal Bus (UBS) that the bus operated as per the scheduled timings. For this reason, we will not be able to process a refund against your ticket. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated. " This is so worst from redbus. i waited with my 65 yrs old mom who suppose travel that day for important family function and redbus is cheating the customer without any curtesy. I will keep posting in all known platform till i get my money back. And I'm even ready to approach consumer court. i will not allow them to loot my hard earned money. Im also attaching the proof of the ticket nd customer care response.

        My trip was from Rajkot to Ahmedabad airport, i have booked zingbus from redbus, i was stuck at 115 KM (Approx) away from airport because bus was punctured and driver was failing to replace the tire, i had to take lift from mahasagar bus for ISKON and then after Rikshaw for Airport, i have been paid 50% (1000 for Bus and 750 for Rikshaw),

        I have registered complain in red bus on 18 Aug, they said they will replay in 48 hours but they didn't, i call on 22 Aug they said they will replay in 24 Hours but they didn't i call today (24 Aug) they said they can refund 300 INR, they are denying to pay full refund, the service is ridiculous.
        I want full off refund from redbus.

        I got call from the redbus team again, they are willing to give me the 500 INR in the wallet,
        They are saying their bus team was saying we are 10KM away from the destination, That not true,
        Let's say the Mahasagar bus driver was wrong I am not exactly 70-90KM away from ISKON, but what about the rikshaw driver, I have used google Maps and it was clearly showing 19 KM Approx. Distance from Ahmedabad Airport.

          We have booked 4 tickets A/C Sleeper of Prasanna Purple from Pune(9th Aug) to Nanded(10th Aug) through Redbus app.
          While travelling at midnight at 2 AM our bus got failed, Our driver boarded us on non-A/C bus with seating arrangement with 4 members on one seat with luggage aside travelled to destination for 7-8 hrs. It was horrible experience to travel this journey while seating.
          The bus we booked was going to reach at destination at 7.30 AM but the other bus reached at 10.30 AM which delayed our office timings.
          I want my refund back for inconvenience caused to us family.

          Very poor service provided in case of Bus failure.

            Hi,

            This is with regards to my bus tickets (having booking id- 97AVR472 & 97DS26JZ from Dehradun to Delhi dated- 15th Aug 2022 departure time- 15:30).
            I’m very disappointed with the behaviour of Bus service provider. We coordinated with the service provider & couldn’t locate bus, finally when we could find the bus & entered in Bus the bus conductor said that your all 3 seats has been allotted to someone else so we were forced to get down from the bus. Having my cousin being a female as a co-passenger they denied us to take along & forced us to get down from the bus because our seats were allotted to some random people on first come first serve basis assuming that we are not travelling, though I was in continuous touch with the bus coordinator to locate the bus.

            This behaviour is totally unacceptable, my cousin has his exams supposed to happen on 16th in Delhi. They still denied wo we have to book a cab immediately paying 7000 to a random cab taxi seevice booked from nearby.
            Kindly looked into it & refund my costs incurred else I’ll have to knock the door of consumer forum for the mental inconvenience we have been caused.

            I’m hereby attaching the photos I clicker on the spot of inside bus & then getting us down & bus leaving us on the way.

                Had booked 3 tickets for my wife and her 2 colleagues for Pune (wakad) to Ahmedabad . the bus booking was done for Volvo Multi-Axel A/C Sleeper bus . booked for rs 1400/-
                The bus which came was A/C sleeper and its ticket was for Rs 990/- only.
                The bus arrived late and reached 2 hours late
                It stopped for dinner at 00.30 am.
                After 1 am the bus didn't stop for bio break. around 7am had to fight with the driver to stop for break, the diver said you can go in the open area for bio break which was very humiliating .

                  I am travelling from Hyderabad to Kandukur for housing warming event, booked a bus with Primo label assuming that buses are decent & can travel peacefully but I have experienced bitter travel of my life
                  1. bus delayed by 1:30 hour at the departure
                  2. bus break-down at 2AM in the morning & service took almost 4 hours halt
                  3. Few hours later bus met accident with tree, am injured when I enquired with redbus, they are saying if bus operator pays us we will reimburse the same
                  4. bus is delayed by 6 hours to my destination

                  redbus is still backing the same operator in that route (kamkshi tours & travels)

                    Hello this is rajesh my booking of shayadri natraj travels was on 22 August 2022 at 2:30 am at navle bridge pickup point but the bus came earlier and departed from there before 2:30 and the driver didn't even call me and when i call him at 2:30 am he is saying me that i have to call him but if i have done the booking so they should call me at my boarding point which is given in my ticket so they left me and didn't even refunding my money.

                        Today I RameshKumawat was travelling from rangmahal to IISER along with my three friends and we asked conductor to for four tickets. Bus conductor took 128 rupees but gave me the ticket only for 32 rupees. When we asked for 3 other tickets he said don't worry I will drop you at your destination. Then we insist him to give other tickets he argued with us and gave us tickets of only 90 rupees instead of 96 rupees and said at this time bus will go to chirayu only not IISER. It is my goodness that I am dropping you IISER, that is why I am taking extra money. Although there were 15 to 20 passengers in bus. If buses are not going to IISER then what is the meaning of bus 204, we can go through SR5.
                        This was very bad experience.
                        Similarly that conductor was also not giving accurate tikets to other passengers also. Same problem was also faced by many of my colleagues in bus no. 204.
                        I request you please look into this matter and warn to conductor related to his corrupt behaviour.

                          No option for Ticket cancel or modify the date

                          Hello Team,

                          I’ve tried to reschedule the date on my ticket and My previous date is Aug Aug 30 unfortunately when I tried to reschedule it for Aug 31st unknowingly the app got hung when I checked out after my payment was done it’s showing Aug 24th that’s a trap and there is no cancellation option either no date modulation’s, it’s kind o[censored]nacceptable where someone paying more money.

                          I had booked a ticket from Kolhapur to pune on 17th of august. The journey was supposed to leave Kolhapur at 11 am. At around 8 am when i recieved a call from a nakoda travels representative stating that the bus that was supposed to take me, has suffered breakdown, and I couldn't travel that day. The representative also said that redbus will issue a full refund to me as they have informed redbus about the breakdown. I felt assured that I will get my money back, and booked a ticket for a later time on the same day. Before boarding the bus, I called the Nakoda representative yet again just to make sure that I'll be getting my money back from redbus itself and not Nakoda travels. I also opened a chat complaint with redbus as the ticket of the bus that suffered the breakdown, didnt show as cancelled. On first contact, redbus told me the issue will be resolved within 72 hours. After iychecked with the chat everyday to se if there were any updates and even tried to provide new information everytime. But unfortunately I was met with the same response that "We couldn't get in contact with the bus operator..." Which I know to be a lie.
                          I still kept good faith and waited for the entirety of 72 hours. But I doubt that my complaint is even being read by a real human being. Hence I am foreced to post my complaint here and if even this dosent work, I will be going to a consumer court.
                          I don't know if the issue is on nakoda travels side or redbus side or is caused by a third party; and I dont care either Its redbus' responsibility to get me my money back first and solve the issue on their own time.
                          This is extremely dissapointing from redbus, but I will not stop till I recive my money.

                            Dear Team,

                            I made a booking on 19th August 22 from coimbatore to miyapur, hyderabad seat no.u1 R Tours and Travels 20 Aug passenger name ARUN) at 11 pm.

                            I made a payment of Rs 2689.35/- thru net banking at 11:03 pm.

                            The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.

                            I tried calling customer care and they are not picking up the call for so while and after picking up the call, asking me to wait for 72 hours.

                            I have checked with my Bank and found that the payment of Rs 2689.35/-has been duly credited to redBus.

                            Kindly look into the matter and resolve to make the refund at the earliest.

                              I have booked the ticket twice but payment failed and asked me to book some other seat, but the money got deducted twice. Almost Rs1600 money got deducted (800. * 2 times). Now how can I book another ticket as I don't have money and poor response from red bus chat agent. 45 mins so far still chat going but no reply . You should revise the money immediately or give some response properly just for our satisfaction.

                                I booked a bus ticket from redbus from panipat to jaipur. Amount has been deducted from Gpay but my app is not showing any confirmation related to booking. And now there is no way to talk to the customer care. They are just making me talk to the computer on call and in chat with us option there is also no option to chat with executive. This was my first experience with redbus. And it was the worst one. I’m never gonna use this stupid app ever again in my life.

                                  My bus from Lucknow to mau at 10;30 pm, but I have not got the refund back, I have travelled that night by train.

                                    Child ticket booking for Rajasthan roadways not available and additional child ticket was cut by roadways conductor of 235

                                    I have booked a online ticket through redbus for udaipur to jodhpur volvo 6.00 am on 13 aug 2023 bus no.- RJ14 PD7521
                                    Ticket 2 -female, total amount paid 872.33 with govt applied "mahila concession".
                                    Now point is boarding is done my 3 passengers all female including 2 child below 7 years of age.
                                    Now conductor ask for one more half ticket as there are three passengers boarded.
                                    But if two childs are boarded and...

                                    Hi hope you are doing good, On 12-Aug-2022 my dad and two other people booked ticket on SHIVANI TRAVELS EGMORE from chennai to palani with MMM TRAVELS, But after booking the ticket agency person sent the ticket message and all after sometime the GPS was switched off by the bus he came very very late we could not track the bus too my dad was waiting there for litrelly 4 hours and tried to contact the driver atleast 20 times he never responded suddenly hours after arrival time he called back and said he came to the place but my dad was 5 km away he said he is on the way but he left the bus without boarding my dad and two of his friends and also he switched off the phone when we called back the next day he is not speaking in good terms and while i tried to call redbus there is no response too while we tried to call agencies he said it will be regestered on redbus subsidiary seat seller always if they regester we cannot contact agencies too now we lost around 5000 RS and also i cannot understand the barbaric rude behaviour of the driver too and now everyone says no one is responsible for the money and now i decided this is the last time i am ever going to book with redbus i dont understand how redbus could accept this kind of travels for their service, i would like to get answers regarding this incident and how to carry this forward i am actually fedup with this and thinking of filing a official complaint on police station i have attached the documents below thankyou, ,

                                    Greetings from redBus!

                                    We regret the inconvenience caused during your journey. We escalated your complaint to the bus operator. As per the update received from them, the bus had operated successfully and customer was waiting at the koyambedu bus stand, but the boarding point was selected as Perungalathur Bus Stop at 11 PM. Therefore, bus operator has refused to initiate refund.
