I booked bus from Chandigarh to Mathura, but due to miss happening i want to cancel my ticket but red bus showing technical error but they showing how much deduct during cancelation, i am trying from last 4 days. They just need commission only that's why they taking much time to cancel ticket.
After that i mail to Bus operator regarding this they reply me:-
New Response!!

A reply has been added by the on your ticket 14507. Kindly follow this link #14507 to get the insight of the message.

Here go the ticket message:

      Dear Team,

      I made a booking on 09th August 22 from Patiala to Kashmere Gate New Delhi seat no.25(pepsu volvo av 5am 10 Aug passenger name prajanya) at 9:21 pm.

      I made a payment of Rs 732/- thru Google pay at 9:24pm on google pay.

      The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.

      I tried calling customer care and they insisted that the payment is not rec'd in your end and asked me to check with my Bank.

      I have checked with my Bank and found that the payment of Rs 732/-has been duly credited to redBus.

      The UPI transaction ID is[protected] dated 09 August 22.

      Kindly look into the matter and resolve to make the refund at the earliest.

            On 10/08/2022, a ticket was booked by me from RedBus App for a single seat from Indore to Gwalior in the name of Swatik Gupta, the single seat was being shown on the App but when we sat in the bus, we shared that seat. It was told that 2 persons will travel on that seat. When we talked to Bus person in this regard, he said that it is only in seat sharing, you should contact RedBus in this regard. But we could not be contacted in redbus, due to which I did not make that journey. My time and money both wasted due to red bus mistake.
            I request redbus to kindly refund my ticket money.

                A day earlier i booked a AC single sleeper bus which was scheduled to read boarding place at 6:40 p.m. After I already pass 20 minutes waiting for bus and checked my ticket with the traveler company, I get to know that my bus got re-scheduled to 1 hour late and my seat was also changed to AC double sleeper which is not approved by me. It made me utter disappointed as I wanted and booked ticket for AC single sleeper and for that only

                        Operator has cancelled the bus and informed through text message a week before even after reporting the details to red bus these guys keep on telling we are checking from our end and not at all ready to refund the amount i paid.

                            I booked a ticket from rajamundry to Hyderabad in red bus on August 6th at 11:20 bording time. But bus got delayed for 3 hours and no one intimated us regarding this. We waited for 1 and half hour in the rain but bus not arrived and driver or anyone haven't given any information regarding bus delay. So we went back home without taking bus.                                 I booked a ticket for my friend on 26 july 2022 from Delhi to Haridwar, ticket number TR8Q66636477. Bus was cancelled and I asked for refund now they have messaged me on what'sapp that refund is initiated but till today dated 05.08.22 I haven't received Refund.                                     My senior citizen mother had a booked a bus ticket from red bus site and when she reached pickup location no bus arrived and she was helpless at night hours and later we had to book another bus ticket for her from jorhat to Guwahati. So embarassed that both the contact numbers provided were switched off, contact number were[protected], [protected], pls take action against the harrasment faced by senior citizen as they neither informed about the bus cancellation and nor money is refunded back to the account. Still no one is picking up the call.

                                    We understand how troublesome an experience it has been due to the bus cancelled. Please be rest assured, the feedback has been registered and sensitized with MAA Transport to prioritize our customers for a hassle free journey.

                                    Happy to share that the bus operator has agreed to provide a refund entirely. The refund has been initiated from our end back to the source account.

                                    As per the standard banking procedure the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus

                                      Ticket not booked but amount deducted from my account

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I made a booking on 30th August 22 from Chennai to Coimbatore.

                                      I made a payment of Rs 749.99/- thru PhonePe.

                                      The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.

                                      I tried calling customer care and they insisted that the payment is not rec'd in your end and asked me to check with my Bank.
