[Resolved]  Redbus — Child ticket booking for Rajasthan roadways not available and additional child ticket was cut by roadways conductor of 235

I have booked a online ticket through redbus for udaipur to jodhpur volvo 6.00 am on 13 aug 2023 bus no.- RJ14 PD7521
Ticket 2 -female, total amount paid 872.33 with govt applied "mahila concession".
Now point is boarding is done my 3 passengers all female including 2 child below 7 years of age.
Now conductor ask for one more half ticket as there are three passengers boarded.
But if two childs are boarded and 1 adult is boarded then booking of 2 full adults ticket is sufficient and conductor cut one more half ticket after this we have 2.5 ticket .

After discuss this event with redbus team they also told me that the options provided by RSRTC is there but we can't do anything.

Now i am attaching the ticket which is additionally cut by conductor of above bus number.
I am unable to locate where to add child in red bus for rsrtc booking for half ticket .
If there is no provision then why additional ticket is cut .

And for sake 3 (1 adult, 2child) ticket booking is ok from my side
As my sister is alone and conductor is misbehaving with her also she paid the ticket.
And decided to drop in between and choose ticket till pali and drop in pali for all 3 tickets (2 full and 1 half) not interested to travel till jodhpur because of this mishappening.

My point is please justify me redbus child ticket booking for rsrtc . And if not then refund my additional money.
And if any such policy is there then your integration to redbus is not proper then why a customer like me face the challenges.
