I booked an online ticket for 11:50 pm (12 Aug 22) Holiday Appeal Private Limited through redbus from CHD to KASOL. I followed up with the conductor and travel agents before reaching boarding points, in that time they told me, the bus is delayed by 30 mins. it was already late for me, after some time I tried to call again, but that time they told me that driver had chosen a different shortest route and they'll not be able to come to the boarding point as they were already far away from that point. it was a very terrible experience with redbus, I was waiting for them at 1 AM and they were giving such excuses. I could not find any other alternate, now I need a complete refund back. but the traveling agent did not respond.
