I booked a Bus, on RedBus From Jorhat to Guwahati for the date 7th July, 2022. Bus Operator was John Travels, Volvo Multi Axle, A/C semi sleeper. The Fare was 700. My Seat no was 17, and rescheduled it to 29. The Ticket No was TR[protected]. The time for Pickup was 11.15 AM
On 7th July, when I contacted the Bus operator they said they will be late for Puncture issue. Then they arrived at near 1.45. And after some Time, On Dergaon (23 KM away from Pickup), the bus got damaged and they tried to fix it upto 5 PM. And after that they Asked us to do own arrangement.
When I complained to Redbud about the matter, they said they will refund it within 5-7 Bank Business days. But no Process was initiated at their end till 15. On 15th They asked me to share the bank details, and On 16th Again asked to share Name and Branch, and said I will get refund within 5-7 Bank working days. On the app also they messaged the refund is initiated on 18th July, 2022, and will get refund within 5-7 bank working days. I once again called between the period and they said it will take maxium time upto 26th July. On 27th July, one agent picked up the call and Said they already refunded the money and asked me to check with bank. And said, she is sharing the Reference id via text message. But the message didn't showed up, and I called Redbus once more. And then another customer Executive picked up the call and said no refund is done till now. He said to wait for another 7 days. Their 7 days loop is not ending and it's inappropriate and fraud.
