I booked 2 bus tickets from Delhi to Patiala of a P.R.T.C. bus for 8:16 a.m., 26th May, 2022 for an amount of Rs. 1464 via Redbus.in . A day before the departure, I received a call from redbus that the bus got canceled and I would need to travel by any other means, also my refund of Rs 1464 will be credited in 7 working days.
I didn't receive any refund. After 15 days of waiting I contacted Redbus.in helpline no. asking for the refund. I was told to wait 2-3 working days. The next time I called after waiting for 4 days, I was told to wait till 29th June, 2022, yet didn't received any refund or response by redbus. Since then I have contacted the helpline no. Many times, always I am told that refund will be credited within 24hrs, but it is never the case. I want redbus to refund my money for the same.

    I booked a Bus, on RedBus From Jorhat to Guwahati for the date 7th July, 2022. Bus Operator was John Travels, Volvo Multi Axle, A/C semi sleeper. The Fare was 700. My Seat no was 17, and rescheduled it to 29. The Ticket No was TR[protected]. The time for Pickup was 11.15 AM

    On 7th July, when I contacted the Bus operator they said they will be late for Puncture issue. Then they arrived at near 1.45. And after some Time, On Dergaon (23 KM away from Pickup), the bus got damaged and they tried to fix it upto 5 PM. And after that they Asked us to do own arrangement.

    When I complained to Redbud about the matter, they said they will refund it within 5-7 Bank Business days. But no Process was initiated at their end till 15. On 15th They asked me to share the bank details, and On 16th Again asked to share Name and Branch, and said I will get refund within 5-7 Bank working days. On the app also they messaged the refund is initiated on 18th July, 2022, and will get refund within 5-7 bank working days. I once again called between the period and they said it will take maxium time upto 26th July. On 27th July, one agent picked up the call and Said they already refunded the money and asked me to check with bank. And said, she is sharing the Reference id via text message. But the message didn't showed up, and I called Redbus once more. And then another customer Executive picked up the call and said no refund is done till now. He said to wait for another 7 days. Their 7 days loop is not ending and it's inappropriate and fraud.

      I booked 2 tickets from Dehradun to Delhi for 23/07/2022, 10:15 PM. The bus was stopped by RTO in dehradun itself and passengers were asked to take another bus midnight and the redbus has not yet refunded my money back. The refund amount is Rs.1850 and not yet received. The redbus customer support doesn't even work on their application and there's no option of contacting to redbus executive.

        Booking with wrong date

        I booked a on 26th July for my friend sh k k mathur for a trip from Noida sector 37 to vrindavan for 29 th July ticket no TR8Q33701949 was generated. I found date of journey 27th immediately i opted for change of date option for same bus service ie Taj express bus service again for 29th July and ticket TR8Q76812872 was generated to my surprise again date of journey was 27th July.Immediately i contacted customer care i was told that change...

        Hello,

        I booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Pondicherry via Red Bus and the facilities they mentioned in the app was not given by them, basic charger connector was not working and they changed my seat and the seat i booked was totally different and they provided me some other seat, Ac is like 10% was working, dropping point was totally different as they mentioned in app is different .

        I want Red Bus to immediately refund the full money whatever i have paid for the ticket.

            I had booked a ticket for a journey on 19th July, 2022(Tuesday) from Bhubaneswar ( Bermunda Bus Stand) to Koraput (Bus Stand Koraput). Bus agent or conductor canceled the trip without informing me, so I notified your customer service and canceled the trip on the same day and requested a refund as soon as possible. Nevertheless, my refund of Rs.918.75 has not yet been received.

                The service of this travel was very bad they were not only unpunctual but also cheater, as I have book my seat through redbus and they gave me someother seat which made my trip very discomfortable please take some action and give me some solution because by paying such amount and get such a bad services

                  The meaning of resolved is redefined by Redbus.
                  The don't address the problem and helpline won't work.
                  Full refund will be sent in 5 to 7 days.
                  You wait and nothing will happen.
                  This is delaying tactics. You again ask them you will get a reply. Your problem resolved.

                  Hi reddycks, most of the refunds are credited back to the source of passengers' account within 5 to 7 bank working days also they informed Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays are not counted in bank working days. Please check excluding these days your bank working days are completed. If completed contact redbus support and ask for ARN(Acquirer Reference Number) and share that number with your bank, if there is some issue from your bank end they will check and tell you. If everything is fine from your bank end then ask redBus to check from their end. Also, you can read my article on how you can check how to ask for an ARN number with redBus customer support. redbus refund not received

                      I booked this Reshma travels because o[censored]rgency but now bus coming after 1 hour 30 minutes late, now i Will be reaching bangalore so late. I had early morning work with actress now it's become so late.

                      But now bus coming at 11.45pm

                          I used red bus to book ticket from pune to kolhapur,
                          While adding boarding points there were several option out of which i picked hinjewadi which was nearest
                          In ticket it says boarding point hinjewadi
                          But the bus actually never comes from hinjewadi.. and the boarding point was very very far .
                          I could not board and i lost all money
                          Despite multiple complaints no one from red bus refunded money.

                              I have booked my ticket from Pune to Mumbai on 17 th July ! The bus timing was 5:35 I just got late by 5-10 mins, so they moved the bus and the bus driver tone was not good he was not ready to wait at all, I always book my journey by redbus and that too from neeta bus this is the very bus tym neeta bus was on tym otherwise everytime I have to wait for neeta bus for atleast 20-25 mins! If they waited us for so long we are not complaining them for reduce the money then why they are not waiting for us if we are late for 5-10 mins this is very rude! I talked with executive and he was lyk we can't shift you in other bus it was ur fault you were late nor even we can refund ! I was standing in a road and after not getting any reply fr them I have taken private cab and gone to Mumbai ! This is not the way to behave with a customer ! I'll raise complain against redbus if they will no refund me !

                                Hi Team,

                                This is regarding my issue with Redbus and Zing bus. I booked my ticket no (TR8A[protected]from Amritsar to Delhi on Thursday 14 July 2022 at 7:50 P.M. Redbus gave me information of the booking was confirmed and money has been debited but they didn't provide proper booking details like the bus number which is important for our journey. I tried to call the bus operator his name was Marshal but couldn't reach them by call and their WhatsApp was providing autoreply messages.

                                I came to the boarding point with my family at Guru Kripa Tour & travel bus stand. Mr. Amit person from the Zingbus side informed me your ticket was canceled at 7.50 P.M but I didn't get any cancellation confirmation information by zing bus or red bus. I with my family waited over there for more than 1 hour & there was no office of zing bus. zing bus members didn't have a proper dress code and I Card. This was the condition of online booking by Redbus. when I called Redbus customer support then they took the action to transfer our bus.

                                My family suffered from this and wondered what is happening because of Zingbus fraud activity. After that, they transfer our booking to the other bus without cancellation updates. I expected the best services from the red bus but I am disappointed in Redbus and Zingbus, why did they hire the local vendors who fool the customers.

                                After reaching Delhi Marshal who was the captain of the zing bus, he took my mobile and he opened the Redbus app and he gave a 5 rating for themselves, he was doing some things with all the customer mobile. zing bus was doing a fraudulent activity, they are working for rating. please take strong action then these issues never face by anyone in the future. I am not satisfied with Red bus or their vendor services, I will never recommend anyone to take your services, please take the action of fraudulent activity and break off providing the pathetic services. Please refund my amount as soon as possible and resolve this issue. All customers are suffered because you are making a fool of them by providing online booking and after that, you didn't resolve it with a refund to them.

                                  I tried to book a ticket on the redBus website for 18th July Early Morning from Madurai to Chennai.

                                  I have chosen Nimmadhi Travels since the bus is starting from Madurai Mattuthavani Omni Bus by 1.20 am.

                                  I proceeded to book this bus ticket (TR8E[protected]. In the printout, I noticed the Journey Date is 19th July 2022 instead of 18th. Since it shows the wrong date, I choose the reschedule option. I tried to reschedule for the 18th and got a new ticket (TR8E[protected] but in this also the Journey Date doesn't change.

                                  Now I am not able to cancel this ticket due to rescheduled. RedBus Policy is that Rescheduled tickets can't be cancelled. But this is entirely a Miscommunication. How can I take this miscommunication on the refund?

                                  Kindly do the needful for my refund.

                                    I booked a ticket from redbus from pune to akola money got deducted i got confirmation
                                    Later while boarding the bus company said ticket was cancelled
                                    I called redbus they said it was cancelled from mu side which i really did not
                                    Neother i got msg or notification
                                    I have seen similar thing happening with other consumer, it was very bad experience for me as i was travelling with my wife

                                      Hi, i had travelled on 4 July via Verma travels bus booked by red bus for jaipur to Bhopal and paid 2300 as I had booked 2 sleeper on my name ashrut Mehta for my comfortable travel and i usually book 2 sleeper for me for comfortable journey . Red bus can check my travel that for me i always book 2 sleeper .. on the way bus Brock down and we had asked to shift in other bus which was almost full so i had been asked by bus staff to sit in a single seat ..instade of my 2 sleeper SU7, SU8 . I travelled sitting on single seat for whole night and we reached Bhopal at 10:30 instade of 6 as mentioned . Now if i had travelled in seat i need refund of my 2300 rs . Else I will go to consumer court.

                                      Hi my registered mail id is [email protected], my travel date is 4 July . Name on ticket is ashrut Mehta . My ticket I'd is TR7Z87547363 . Plz arrange my refund . You can check i always take 2 sleeper for my self as i need comfort and in the above travel i traveled in single seat not even in sleeper so request you to please process refund . Atleast Verma travels should be penalized for this via this refund .
