I have booked 2 bus ticket (Karur - Chennai - VETRI TRAVELS) on redbus on 09/09/2024. The boarding time & location is 9.05 pm, Karur bypass roundana.
I have reached the boarding location around 8.45pm. When I checked the live tracking of the bus, Its showing 30-50km away from the boarding point. & also the bus route is not meeting my boarding point.
The boarding point in the map shows somewhere in the other district.
I have called the bus operator by using the given number in the app
The operator said that the bus was reached the boarding point. in the app, it was showing different bus (same company - Vetri Travels) live tracking. He asked to me to board at opposite of the boarding point.
I have reached the location by crossing the bridge. But there was no bus. the bus went to the next stop. Again I was trying to call his number, he was speaking arrogantly.
Then I have tried customer care chat support of red bus. One person named as vivek, joined the chat
I was explained the incident. But he did not understand. He was saying that the was not crossed your boarding point. It would reach with in 10-15 mins. I have waited more than an hour.
Nothing happened. He ended the chat without giving any proper guidance.
I want my money back.
