The bus got stuck and did not move, causing all the passengers to wait and use their own money to travel to Bangalore. I need a refund since the bus did not reach its destination and got stuck in the ghat section, making it immovable. Even the bus driver and cleaner did not respond, and no alternative bus was arranged. So, I need the amount as soon as possible.
Even though bus driver knows that bus having big problem. But still from yesterday they are running it.
This is totally unfair.and you see his negligence.

    Im vignesh
    I traveled from palani to Bangalore at 06/07/2024 via redbus ticket number -TT[protected].
    I have booked for 11 window seat .ofter boarding They gave me seat no 8 non window seat .
    Usually I prefer window seat only for my comfortable sleep while traveling on bus.
    Bus operator changed my seat i asked help from redbus the responded.
    It was made me to stress because sleep less night.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I experienced on MM Travels bus from Delhi to Jammu on 29th May 2024. The bus, scheduled to depart from Ambala Flyover at 4:30 PM and arrive at Narwal Bus Stand, Jammu, at 11:00 PM, failed to meet basic service standards.

      Details of the Issues Faced:
      1. Misbehavior by Staff: The bus staff displayed rude and unprofessional behavior towards me and other passengers, with particularly disrespectful conduct towards a lady passenger, which is wholly unacceptable.
      2. Non-functional Air Conditioning: The air conditioning system was not operational throughout the journey, making the ride unbearably uncomfortable, especially considering the long distance.
      3. Unpleasant Odor: The bus had a persistent foul smell, indicating poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness.
      4. Defective Switches: Several switches, including those for lights and fans, were not working, causing significant inconvenience to passengers.
      5. Overloaded Bus: The bus was overloaded beyond its capacity, compromising the safety and comfort of all passengers on board.
      6. Unscheduled Stop and Forced Bus Change: At an unfamiliar location, passengers were abruptly forced to change to another bus without prior notice or explanation, which was highly distressing.
      7. Drop at Unknown Location: Instead of being dropped off at the scheduled Narwal Bus Stand, Jammu, at 11:00 PM, we were left at an unknown place and were forced to change the bus, adding further to our distress and inconvenience.
      8. The behavior of conductors was worst. They were shouting on each passenger and were ready to beat if we were trying to raise the concern.
      9. We were going to unknown place and our phone was out of charging and the bus had damaged socket which were not working.
      10. The AC of the bus was not working properly.
      11. We were dropped at Ludhiana at 10 PM and were forced to change the bus. We were with kids and ladies and were dropped on unknown place. It was completely unsafe with ladies and children.
      12. We were dropped at unknown place. And were asked to go to the railway station in auto.
      13. In another bus we were forced to be seated three persons on 1 seat and were asked i[censored] can’t adjust then we will leave u here itself.
      14. We were dropped at Jammu at 5.15 AM on 29.06.24. We were not able to attend the conference on time.
      The series of issues mentioned above reflect extremely poorly on the quality of service provided by MM Travels. Such experiences not only cause inconvenience but also pose serious safety risks to passengers.

      Resolution Sought:
      I request a thorough investigation into these incidents and appropriate action against the responsible staff members. Additionally, I seek a full refund of my ticket fare due to the unacceptable conditions and treatment endured during the journey. I also urge your company to implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all passengers.

      It was the responsibility of redbus to keep the journey safe and on time. In case of any causality with female passengers, redbud stands responsible. Kindly take appropriate action. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and inform me of the steps you intend to take to address these issues. I look forward to a prompt resolution and a written response within the next 14 days.

        I booked a ticket from Chennai to Kottayam for May 25, 2024 via redbus, opting for an AC bus due to the scorching heat. However, the bus provided was a non-AC vehicle, which was extremely congested, despite advertising as an AC bus during booking. Additionally, the bus is running two hours late. Now, we are stuck in Kochi due to a turbo issue with the bus. This lack of respect for passengers' time and comfort is unacceptable. I will never book through Redbus again and plan to take legal action.

          operator chnaged my seat to L sharing seat
          he sent 2 persons in adjascent seat who wewre sitting besdie me in sleeper seat, i was mentally harrassed i could sleep because of this this bus is like sheep van. in another sharing sleeper seat he made 4 persons...

          I booked train tickets on 15 th may2024 to chennai in MAQ CHENNAI EXPRESS. After a few minutes i have cancelled my ticket against PNR NO: [protected]. Refund is not yet done so far. When i can get the refund.

            Dear Team,

            My Complaint no 25230587 My Self Booked the Ticket from Hyd to Mumbai on 28th April'24 Bus Name Zing bus with Red bus associated but Driver or Nobody called me for the boarding i was waiting at boarding location and i raised te complaint on red bus but still my issue didnt got resolved . Please see so that my refunds fare will get credit .

              Yesterday evening, some time around 9:55pm, I booked ticket for my spouse Sheetal Bharat Shinkar from Pune to Surat through Redbus.in website.

              Details are as follows:

              But to the surprise, Money has been deducted twice from my bank account (Rs 1008/ - & Rs 1008/)-
              Request to check at Redbus end (goibibo) and return the deducted amount at the earliest.

                I had booked a single ticket on 16th april via red bus platform for travelling from chennai to salem on 21st april (sunday) it was all good but suddenly it shows an error in the payment page my amount has been debited from my account but the ticket is not booked .kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.                   This is to bring to your kind notice that i booked online tickets through RedBus app on 11th Aprill 2024 to travel from Tenali to Hyderabad for 1 Member.
                  Payment was done through cred app

                  money deducted from my bank account but seat was not booked I got message from red bus saying that transaction failed and if money were deducted it will be credited 4 to 5 working days

                    Good Evening, In Tamilnadu, kovalam tollgate they told fastag won't work should give money by cash, They collected 70 rupees by cash. And Also debited in Fastag too. I facing this problem all times. Three times it happened.
                    If we refuse to pay by cash means they won't open the gate.

                    If we ask questions, they behave rude.

                        On 4th March 2024 I booked a bus ticket through Red Bus App(Rudraksh travels), But due to some reason I cancelled ticket on an 27th March and the refund amount of INR 584 was Initiated. On 5th April 2024 RedBus send me message that your amount was credited to your account but after checking the amount was not credited to my account. The refund ARN number is[protected].
                        Please check and revert back as soon as possible

                              Number provided by red bus is not valid and tracking of my also not shows. Ihave an urgent work i travelling in emergency then redbus provide not any help to customer.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Red Bus on my recent journey from Hyderabad to Mumbai, which was scheduled for March 18, 2024. My booking reference number is Ticket Number TT4J83932852 I PNR No: 406183, Fare:3540, Bus Operator: Jaguar Travels, Bus No: ARO1U0222
                                To begin with, the bus was picking point was not conveyed in Miyapur and we had to pay additional rickshaw charges of Rs.150/- to reach the pickup point at the eleventh hour. This caused me significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. Upon inquiring about the pick-up at Miyapur, the staff at the departure point were unhelpful and showed a blatant disregard for the inconvenience caused to passengers.

                                Furthermore, there was no stoppage in between 5- 6 hours to get freshen up, We insisted on stopping the bus but no action was taken by the bus driver and team, This made for an uncomfortable and unpleasant journey experience.

                                However, what truly shocked me was the behavior of the driver and staff members towards me when I raised my concerns regarding the stoppage. Instead of addressing my grievances, the staff member became aggressive and issued threats, making me feel extremely unsafe and intimidated.
                                Furthermore, after reaching Pune and delay in the bus, the bus was picking up a local fare to Mumbai and continuously stopping at particular points, This complaint was registered but they didn't bother to listen and said whatever you can do you are open to do.
                                This unprofessionalism and disregard for customer well-being is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. As a paying customer, I expect a certain standard of service and treatment, which was lacking in this instance and earlier instance also from Orange Travels.
                                I demand a full refund for my ticket as compensation for the substandard service and the distress caused by the threatening behavior of your staff member. Additionally, I urge you to take immediate action to address the issues raised to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

                                I expect a prompt response to this complaint and resolution of the matter at your earliest convenience. Failure to do so will force me to escalate this matter further.

                                  I booked three tickets from Red Bus from Siliguri to Guwahati on 14.03.2024, with ticket No. TT4E89504419. It was a RAYAN Travels PRIMO bus. The departure time was 4 pm and the boarding point preferred by me was opposite the petrol pump near the TN Bus terminus at Hill Cart Road. When I found no bus there till 3.45 pm, I contacted the driver who asked me to go behind the petrol pump. The hood was fully loaded. A number of the lower deck seats were also loaded with big cartons and sacks. The bus started around 45 minutes after the scheduled time. The bus (Non A/C) was not clean and the fans were not working. On arrival at Guwahati at around 5 am on 15.03.2024, before reaching the ISBT, Guwahati, our dropping point, the bus entered a bounded compound near Boragaon. It took around one hour to unload the bus. When I asked one of the staff the reason for making the passenger waiting, he replied me in a rude manner that I should have made the complaint at Siliguri itself (which is very absurd).
                                  This is very unbecoming on the part of a bus operator serving under Red Bus.
                                  I hope such things will not happen in future.
