Dear Team, The same thing happens again with my scheduled ticket (TIN: THDH[protected] which was scheduled on[protected] with the same chawla travels and as I told from the last 3 days that this bus will also cancelled and it happened and yesterday again redbus canceled my ticket and refund my money as they are saying that bus operator has cancelled the bus but he has not cancelled but rescheduled the bus with 3 Hours later so again and again, I am facing lots of inconvenience. Please do alternative booking on the same scheduled date as I have cheated again and again with the same travels. If the bus operator has again and again cancelling the bus then it’s not customer fault and you should take serious action against bus operator. Now when I am contacting rebdus, they are saying that they have not received any email before the journey date[protected] from Chawla travels about cancellation .I along with other customers has faced lots of inconvenience due to rebus. I want to know the actual truth behind this and also want compensation against this inconvenience. I called 7-8 times to redbus till yesterday but they are telling that we are checking on the same. You can directly call chawla travels – [protected], [protected] and ask him about the bus booking cancellation. I have called Chawla travels today and they already told me that we have already informed redbus about the cancellation on[protected] but as a customer, I have not received any email either form the travels or from the redbus till my scheduled departure which is[protected]. This is serious mistake from redbus and I also want to highlight that phone number you have printed on the redbus ticket is of chabra travels ( instead of Chawla travels). Thanks, Pravin Mehta
