Dear Team, Please find attached bank statement highlighted yellow stating that on 4th Dec 2015 while I was trying to book my travel ticket through redbus it was not booked but amount deducted against attached reference/Txn no. Then I immediately made contact at[protected] there I got confirmation that my ticket is not booked yet the amount is in between and this will go for refund only within 7 Days. Now it has been completed almost twelve days and the amount has not been refunded please do the needful.

    I was booking from Bangalore to Hyderabad and revert the on return same too on 3/12/2015 & 6/12/2015 amount was deducted from a/c reference number [protected], [protected] & [protected] and total amount to return back from redbus - ₹2754/- their reference number for that was 57300802, 57667693 & 57669927.

      I have booked a ticket from Chennai to Trivandrum on 2 Dec 2015 via Redbus online booking site. They have given me ticket number and travel operator details (Thirumaal Alagu Travels, Ticket # THCV[protected]. I went to the bus operator office on the same day and they said they will not operate the bus due to Chennai Disaster and cancelled the bus.I stood there around 2 hours and informed redbus support centre. Support team told me that they were trying to contact the bus operator and could not connect. Next day I put a mail to Redbus and no response from their end three days, after that I called the support centre and they said wait for another 7 days. I wait another one more week and after that I got a mail from Redbus saying that " As per the discussion with the team, we clarify that they have denied refund claiming that the bus was not cancelled on the day of journey." again I called the support centre and asked about this, support team told me wait for wait for another 24 hours and get a positive response and get the money back. Nothing happened I called again today 16-Dec-2015 talked to Support team Ms Somali, said they will not process the refund and they have confirmed with the bus operator and other passengers the bus was not cancelled. Support case #[protected] Again we called the travel operator TAT and checked with them and they confirmed they were cancelled the bus and refunded the amount who booked the ticket directly at their office. REDBUS IS REALLY CHEATERS AND LOOTING MONEY, THIS IS VERY SHAMFULL AND PITY ON THIS KIND ATTITUDE SUCH A REDICULUS BEHAVE TO PEOPLE.

        Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that I booked a ticket - THCG74622752 from Red Bus by my credit card ( ICICI BANK ) name of " Sunil Kumar Arya " Mobile No-[protected], Travelling date was 25th November from Noida TO Aligarh, Seat No-21 ( Male ) Dep time 7: 20 a.m. and Rs. 159.20 deducted from my account . But I cancelled this ticket from my registered email id [protected]@rediffmail.com and some times I received a mail that your ticket has been cancelled and same amount Rs. 199 /- will be refunded in your account within 7 days but it has past very long time . No refund received in my credit card account !!! I received only Rs. 159.20 in my account against previous cancel ticket-THC[protected], From- Aligarh To Noida Dep Time 9:a.m., Seat No- 5 ( Male ) Travelling date[protected] . Now Red Bus Team is saying that we had processed Rs, 199 /- in your Pay U money wallet on[protected] . How can it possible because my travelling date was[protected] and refund process approx 7-8 working days . I have discussed may times with Red Bus and also Pay U Money but no positive response till date . So, I therefore request you to please credit refund amount in my account at earliest possible...           I have booked a single ticket from NGL to Chennai on 05/12/15 for the travel date 4/01/16. As soon as the payment was made, amount was detected from the account, but it appeared as your amount has been deducted, but the ticket is not booked. It was shown that I will get the refund within 10 days, I even called them and asked, No response till date

              Hi, i booked ticket from bangalore to tirupathi, the registration phone.no is [protected], on Nov 10th 2015. the thing is that time bus was not came. and i got my ticket regret cancellation from APSRTC dept.. in that message mentioned like. "you'll get refund amount and T&C applay. I given complaint to Redbus customer also. they told like we will initiate ASAP". this one done lost month only. but still i ddn't get any refund amount from yours.

                I had booked a ticket through REDBUS for the first time today(12/12/2015). I had booked a ticket for a Bangalore to chennai Bus of Sangita Bharati travels. The departure time was mentioned as 3.15 PM on 12/12/2015. Redbus had confirmed my ticket and deducted money from my account. I hired a taxi from my hotel and reached the boarding point at Majesty in bangalore half an hour before the specified time. When I went to the Sangita travels office, the operator person who was at the office asked me who I am and what I want. I told him about my ticket. But he said there is no buses available and asked me to cancel my ticket to avail refund. He also asked me to take another bus from shanthi nagar and asked me to pay Rs. 750/-. When I refused to pay, he started to abuse me. He started shouting at me. This was around 2.30 pm. Around 3.45PM, finally one of their representative told me that she had initiated refund. I received a CR no after an hour. CR no:[protected]. I then had to take a cab to shanthi nagar and travel to chennai by SETC bus as there were no other buses available after that.

                      I Sourabh Jagdale booked two ticket via redbus.in on 27th November 2015 for the journey from Thane to Nashik. our boarding point was Theen hath naka, Thane. I booked seat of Dolphin Travel House . MY Ticket no: THCQ83265666 & PNR no: 36219917 . ticket no: THCQ32537334 & PNR no: 36222326 . we were two guys going for the INTERVIEW which was on 28th morning .When we reached on boarding point with all documents at 11.45PM(please note the time) I tried to call on given numbers a lot but they didnt pick my call...at last at 12.10PM dolphin travels ([protected])picked my call and said the BUS WAS ALREADY CANCELLED FOR THE DAY !!! CAN ANYBODY IMAGINE ?? AT NIGHT DOLPHIN TRAVELS TELLING ME YOUR BUS IS ALREADY CANCELLED AND WE HAVE INFORMED TO REDBUS ABOUT IT .WE ARE SORRY !!! IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE . after some time dolphin travel agent called me to seat in other bus at the last row in corner(seat no.34 &35) They totally trapped us and I didnt have any option.(NOTE-I AM A PERSON WITH BACK PAIN) I want my money back. I booked two seats total cash of 608RS. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN CHARGE SERVICE TAX ? IF THEY CANT GIVE PROPER SERVICE These bus booking agents dont have any idea of our valued time and journey ! I WILL NEVER EVER TRAVEL BY DOLPHIN TRAVELS AND NEVER BOOK MY SEAT ON REDBUS AT ALL !!                         I booked my ticket on 16th November, and last moment Volvo from UPRTC got cancelled from their end i immediately called help line for the cancellation process.They first told me to go to the counter and get the refund and then in counter was told that since my ticket was booked online so my ticket will get cancelled online only.I called back Redbus again since then i called more than 9 times but i am only getting time line and different dates but i am still not getting the money refunded. Since then i have neither got any revert from their side nor any calls from them

                            By mistake Instead of booking journey ticket on 12/12/2015 I have wrongly booked a journey ticket for 29/11/2015 on 28/10/2015 vide ticket number THCR48347653. I cancelled the ticket immediately, till now the amount was not refunded to my account. Get it done immediatley.

                              My name is ankit gurjar I booked a ticket from red bus.in on 14th Oct 2015 travels name is Paulo travel ticket was from Indore to Pune after I booked I Got a masseg from travel opretor that the bus was cancelled then I called to red bus customer support and he said that the amount will be refund within 4 days but I did not get any refund and I called again then they said amount was already refunded in my bank account on 30th oct but I did not get any refund then I called again they said money was refunded in my payumoney account but I did not get any refund there also .                                 Respected sir/madam As i am booked 2 bus tickets of referense id 69485038 from Bangalore to ganavati, in the name of Veeresh Angadi by REDBUS web site, and they immediately deducted amount of rs 1100 through PAYUMONEY, but seats are not allocated by redbus and they said that they will refund that amount within 7 working days, but I don't have anymore amount for further new booking right now, but I have to send my parents today itself to native since one of them are patient who appeared heart surgery recently, so this situation creates very much problem to me, so please solve this problem and take charge on them, so only no one will get problem like me because some time money and time plays very crucial parts in our life no matter how much amount it is.                                   I have booked the bus ticket november 10 th, 10.00 PM, in SRM Transports with the use of Redbus . But bus driver was not allowed to enter into bus .because they told another person booked the ticket .and driver told me next bus will come check with that bus .                                     I had booked a ticket on October 28 2015 and the bus got cancelled due to breakdown or something. I had to book a ticket via another bus through Redbus. Redbus had to refund me the amount for the cancelled trip. I had made payment partially from Redbus wallet and online debit card payment. I got the refund for the amount that was paid via Debit card but the wallet amount was never refunded. Now it has been almost one month. When ever I call redbus they generate a new ticket number and never process it. The worse customer service ever.

                                      I booked bus ticket from redbus with advance payment (Ticket number THC[protected]Date 6-11-15)
                                      And redbus gave me wrong SMS details about BUS Contact number.

                                      That day, Bus didn't came on scheduled time. i wait for it full night on same Boarding point.(I.e. i was alone waiting on road with my luggage from 11-10 PM to 4 AM)
                                      and i tried to call customer call center of redbus but they were not available within those 4 hours.

                                      Redbus spoiled my schedule and that was very miserable .After waiting 4 hours i went off from there.

                                      next day on[protected] i complained about it By customer care. My service request number is[protected].they were talking about my refund at that time.

                                      But till now[protected], Red Bus didn't responded me by sms either by call.
                                      Infect i called them 4 to 5 times, but they are not giving me proper information.
                                      I lost my too much mobile calling balance behind this.

                                      I was not expecting this from redbus.This is totallly .
                                      I was Depressed mentally by redbus service.

                                      Please give me revert back.
