The policy has created by redbus is zero refund on journey date cancellation . If you asked customer care they simply said this is operator policy we couldnot do anything for that. Then why they run that website. So better book the ticket to agents who took simple commission and help them to earn. Dont book tickets through redbus anycast. They are themodern day cheaters.
