I had booked Padmesh Travels from Nagercoil to Bangalore on 27th Dec. 2015. The bus was supposed to depart at 6pm. When I reached the boarding point, I was told from a 3rd party agent that there's no bus at 6. I tried to call on the contact numbers given on the redbus ticket. all in vain. same guy picked up the call on 2 numbers and told he can answer only boarding point related queries. I called redbus customer care twice in half an hour gap. They assured me they would get back to me after contacting the transport people and will update me on the same. which did not happen. finally the travel agency at the boarding point gave me contact of another travel service, who told me that, This padmesh travels bus was cancelled and my ticket has been transferred to Thirumala travels. which was scheduled to depart at 8.30pm. Neither Padmesh Travels, nor Red bus bothered to inform me about this. Even after repeatedly calling them to check on status, they were of no help.

    I have booked the ticket in Ruben transport using Redbus on 17 the Dec 2015 with journey date 25 the Dec 7: 45 PM. Before 2 hours I got a SMS from Redbus with bus no. But the bus got cancelled without any intimation (I came to know after cheking in the bording point) and they didn't refunded my amount 700 Rs.     Thanks a lot, I got mail from this mail id on 27 Dec 2015 ([email protected]), in that mail they informed that the refund process has been initiated. And I got my amount back within 2, 3 working days

    I wanted to ask whether Redbus Customer care asks for any credit card information over phone to initiate Refund. I got a phone call from someone called RK Jain ( Employee ID : 0603412)and he asked for all the credit card details on front and back to do refund. Shouldn't they just send the amount to the same account I used to purchase tickets like all vendors do. This really sounds fishy to me.

      I booked a ticket from redbus from Coimbatore to nagercoil ticket#THDF69459745.when I boarded the bus the operator did not allow me to board the bus as he said that the ticket has been cancelled but I did not get any intimation regarding cancellation in my mail. when I contacted redbus they said ticket is not cancelled and they accepted to pay full amount refund INR420.the service request number for refund is[protected].redbus customer care number takes 10-15mins to respond to there customer and they charge std call rates for this call from the beginning before the customer care executive answers the call.for single call its takes 30 rupees for filling a single complaint in redbus.very poor customer care.i request you to take proper action and make my refund as soon as possible

        Rebus biggest scams going on the bus timing amount not refund, COMPLAINANTS 12th and night Trichy to Coimbatore REBUS in the ticket, two tickets rs -674 Rupees Online We took a bus kulithalai near a TWO WHEELER collide in ACCIDENT in to a twowheelerBus stop ed, Driver, CLEANER both are ran away too, ACCIDENT approximately 3.15 am is no other way through that the other bus in total in 4 women standing different coiambatore bus we travel, in, RED BUS CALL-CENTER phone not proper responding, then it's the right answer, tell me, do not we spend phone charges 30 rupees to 50 rupees, us, what is happening with the phone? REDBUS from? daylight robbery? ONLINE fraud continues.

          I booked two tickets for my family by the name Satish Bhadauria (Ticket no. 73177855 &[protected] For date 1st Jan 2016 and the confirmed ticket is showing the date of 24th Dec 2015 i.e. today. I applied the coupon code RBXMAS30 as it was reflecting in their site for discount. And after the payment through my debit card, the confirmed tickets showed different dates. Even the constumer representative is not helping in this case. It can be a mistake for one ticket. But how come dates can be wrong for two tickets. There is something fraud within the procedure or the coupon. I need my full refund or just give me tickets for 1st Jan 2016.

              I had to cancel the ticket worth 1000Rs. But red bus has not refunded. This is the worst website possible. No response on the customer care call also.

                Travels booked through Redbus is not proper . They cancelled the bus and ask to go by some other non trip bus. They took around two hrs and roaming around the bus stand . We struggled lot .

                  I booked a ticket from red bus Operator cancelled the bus and are saying that they have transferred the money to red bus. I need a apology in written and refund me money I will not suggest anyone to use red bus with your worst behaviour with your passengers.

                    I am the new user to redbus app and i got the offers as well as i booked ticket from hyderabad to nellore but all the process is successfully done but ticket is not issued even it deducts the money from the bank, and thrown a referal number 72813795 but the customer care number is not responding to give this info, so im asking to respond for the inconvinience.

                      Tippu sultan travels booked in red bus traveling from Chennai to Cochin were having bugs in the seats and were not able to sit inside the bus. All the passengers complained about it.. But no use.. Bus details KL01 BG 5510.. Un necessary stoppages in-between travel to deliver their parcel.. Please avoid TIPPU SULTAN

                            Booked a hotel in pondichery through red bus. I didn't get any confirmation from red bus but amount of 1286 rs deducted from my acct. I made calls to customer care they were assuring me that i will get back my money with in one week but when i asked for any reference no. for complaint they didn't provide me any complaint no. or reference no. At the day of booking customer care executive was saying your booking is in process and you will get confirmation within 30 min but after one day i didn't get any confirmation an now they are saying your money will be refunded with in a week.

                                I have booked a ticket from VIKAS TRAVELS for 19th December, 2015 from Delhi to Jaipur at 11:55PM boarding from Dhaula Kuan through Red Bus. But when I reached Dhaula Kuan then there were only 2 buses which were totally full & no space left even for standing in those 2 bus. But I tried to enter in that bus then the driver said that 3 more buses are arriving you should come in that which is fake call by the driver to the passengers who are waiting for those 3 buses. Police vehicle was also present there and we complaint to the police by calling them on 100. Police make arrangement for another bus but unfortunately the bus arranged by police want money Rs.27000 because there were no money given by Vikas travel to the bus agency for carrying passenger of Vikas Travels and the bus owner refused to go until he get the money but ultimately we have to go by HARYANA ROADWAYS BUS at 3:00AM

                                      Am Sajeed Ahamed this is second time am facing same problem they went another route without informing me I was on the time to the stop @ 9.20 and I was waiting here for more then 1hr till 10.30 still i didn't get and then u contacted bus driver he didn't pick the call then after 2 try he picked the call and said he took another route and went and cut the call it's very disappointing in this rain u people provide worst service. I need my money as refund Bus contact no : +[protected] After this mail they created ref no[protected] and i have been tracing them for past 14 days and i called them regarding this they where saying your process is in process and you will receive a confirmation mail from us but no response from them again they are saying wait u will receive in next 7 bank working day after confirmation, worst service i have faced.

                                        With redbus on 17.12.15 i booked for the journey date 29.12.15; Tckt THDC86392669 PNR 4AP46TX ;tredbus issued ticket for the wrong journey date 19.12.15;cancelled Again on 18.12.15 at 09.00 AM i booked for the journey date 29.12.15; Tckt THDD85366483 PNR 3PQZS99 #RB[protected] given by redbus for the wrong journey date 18.12.15; redbus is not allowing to cancell the ticket Proof of Screen shot of requested journey date and the wrong journey date ticket by redbus is taken for producing the same to consumer court as evidence Kindly refund my money at the earliest lest you are fully responsible for the legal consequences for causing loss of money and mental agony Regards T Singaram
