Redbus — Complaint regarding damaged luggage due to rainwater

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent journey booked via redBus. My travel was scheduled from Yavatmal to Pune on May 27, 2025, at 07:00 PM, with Chintamani Travels. The booking details are as follows:

Boarding Point: Chintamani Travels, Near Old ST Bus Stand, Yavatmal
During the journey, my luggage was placed in the undercarriage compartment of the bus. Unfortunately, due to poor luggage protection and the lack of waterproofing, rainwater entered the compartment and soaked my luggage completely. This caused damage to important documents and clothes, which were crucial for my travel and professional commitments.
This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I am highly disappointed by the inconvenience and losses incurred. I request compensation for the damage and would appreciate it if redBus and Chintamani Travels could take accountability for this incident.
I request that this issue be investigated, and a prompt resolution be provided. Please let me know what steps I need to take for compensation.
