I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the last-minute cancellation of a confirmed bus ticket booked for my father, aged 68, for travel from Bangalore to Coimbatore on 06.06.2025 at 11:00 AM. Shockingly, we received a cancellation message just one hour prior to departure, at 10:00 AM, leaving no time to make alternative arrangements.
This abrupt and uncommunicated cancellation caused considerable distress and inconvenience to my elderly father, disrupted our plans, and resulted in additional, unplanned expenses.
To make matters worse, the response from your customer helpline was extremely unprofessional and dismissive, further adding to our frustration. Such a lack of accountability and disregard for customer service is unacceptable from a service provider.
I demand a detailed explanation for the cancellation. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I will be compelled to pursue legal action and escalate the issue to the relevant consumer grievance forums.
Looking forward to a prompt response and resolution.
