[Resolved]  Redbus — Customer Services regarding Boarding Points

Boarding point was changed from tenzing Norgay to Matigara Bus Stand without any information to the passenger and I have travel with my family where two small kids and heavy language and I have spent extra cost for hire a auto of Rs 200/ -plz credit the amount as physical and mental harassment due to poor customer service of Changed Boarding Point. If it is not resolved within reasonable time, I will appeal to the consumer forum against your poor customer service.
