Dear Redbus Team,
This is second time i got bad experience with the ''Red BUS portal''.
Actually the thing is yesterday i have booked Travels through your portal from ''Hyderabad to Eluru'' for ''Nani SVKDT Travels'' as on 25-Sep-21) @ 10:30 PM.
But they were not updated anything like cancellation of the bus service until my follow-up, Based on this really i faced very much trouble with this travels.
Kindly provide potential travel parties in your portal, In General we are booking any travels based on your brand image but looks like you are not concentrating on the good Travels, So this will reflect on your brand image and improves your competitors.
Next time iam not willing to book any travel through your portal / App.
Finally my point is immediately take an action on this transporter and immediately return my payment with high priority.

We can imagine how troublesome the experience has been due to the unexpected cancellation of the bus. We are happy to share that the bus operator has refunded the entire ticket amount back to the source account. The refund was initiated on 30/09/2021. We have shared the resolution in detail via email to your registered email ID.
