[Resolved]  Redbus — Failed Bus ticket booking and payment deducted

Address: Bangalore

I tried booking a Bus ticket on 19/12/24 form Bangalore to Cherthala(20/12/24) for 2 members, I filled in all the details and made the payment through debit card for Rs.8, 817.90.
I received the bank deducted message but the red bus page didnt redirect and i never received the ticket after waiting for hours I tried to reach them through various ways but I didnt get an answer now i have almost waited for 7 days as they had mentioned in their app that if cancelled the refund would take 6-7 days to be refunded I have still not received m refund
