Redbus — Failed to reply my mail regarding a repayment due to the mistake of operator | |||
On july 28 i have booked a ticket from vijayawada to hyderabad in green line travels using the RED BUS website. I arrived on time at the boarding point, but for my surprise bus didn't stop there after waiting for half an hour i called the operator asking about bus where about after 10 mins he called me back and said the bus left the point without stopping there. i asked him the reason for not picking me. He said that the drivers number was switched off that's they didn't pick me. This is the response given to me and he said we will process the refund in 2 days. I have waited for 3 days but he didn't respond properly. That's why i have mailed to Red BUS on July 5 stating the same and they have responded me that they have called the operator & he accepted that the mistake was on his side and stated that they have done the refund, the amount will be refunded in 7 days. After 10 days i have again mailed them but no one responded regarding the issue. So, i have called the REDBUS care seeking the reference number for amount payed by them. But for surprise they responded the next day stating that they have called the operator now & he haven't accepted that the mistake was not from his side & he said that i am not on time at the boarding point. After seeing that mail i have responded them with the previous mail & the reference number but, they are not at all responding for the mails. I have attached all the mail conversation with the RED BUS. Initially i was least bothered about the refund but after seeing the behaviour of the red bus i am asking for the refund which they have promised by them so that this will be like a lessson for them too.
