Redbus — Fake bus and no refund

I booked bus ticket from redbus on 14/2/2025, I did not get the the bus number, tracking details or anything else. I talked with customer care for hours but they didn't do anything, I found out the bus was fake and the amount I paid I didn't even get that back. how can they put such fake buses on their sites
