Dear red bus,
As i have heard about your cheatings and negative feedback, the very same i have faced in my first booking with you.
I waited for bus at sarai kale khan since 12:30 am and it is 3:15 am and no bus was there.
Its completely your fault that you have mentioned wrong pick-up/boarding point as sarai kale kha.
As per rsrtc staff and guard at this bus stop (Sarai kale khan) there is not a single bus leaving from here to haridwar/roorkee at night.
Because of you i have missed my exam (Scheduled from 10:00am to 1:00 pm today, attachment#1) and i have to face a real tough time here in chilling winter with freezing temperature for 3 hours.
Kindly initiate the full refund for my booked ticket asap and send me apology mail.
Otherwise based on the ticket msg, your mail and call record, i am going to raise the issue to cosumer forum along the the other compensation. Was this information helpful? |
