Booked an AC SLEEPER class bus from Kothagudem to hyderabad on dec 15th.Ticket Fare is 1200 (geetha Tours and Travels) Through red bus.. Service no 777b..the bus is expected to come at 11.45pm but it has arrived at 1.45 am.. Later after traveling for 10 kms from Kothagudem bus got break down and they replaced that with an ordinary express bus which reached Hyderabad in the morning at 11.30 am which is expected to reach at 6.30am..which costs only 300 rs.. And also while booking the boarding point is miyapur.. Now the replaced bus has been set the last stop as MGBS. When i explained the whole thing to red bus customer care service people.. They said they would refund only 10 % of 1200 i.e., 120 rs.. When you haven't been replaced the sleeper class bus with the same and when you have used the express.. You should charge the same and should refund the remaining amount.. How fair is this on part of redbus.. And the customer care people are too rude and aggressive in tone and they don't want to even listen to the customers.. They were stated that.. Yes we only took your money and only this much amount can be refunded.. No other thing can be happened... What type of people you are seriously..

    I booked a ticket no. TNDA44146964, and tried to cancel it within an hour of booking. However, they outrightly refused the cancellation saying cancellation time has expired within 1 hour. I have recorded call conversation. The ticket was from vrindavan to gurgaon. The cost was 449 Rs, I got the following message:

    What kind of cancellation policy doesn't allow customers to cancel their booking an hour after the booking? The bus wasn't even till the next day evening. These policies are made by you only. Kindly do not hide behind it.
    It's greed of the company owner- that's what it is. And that had made redbus a scam.

    I'm not dealing with the operator, that's redbus's responsibility. Please do not put the onus on them. Is this how you will behave and wash off responsibility in the event of say, an accident occurs?

    Why don't you let customers pay the operator directly if you are going to wash off responsibility and put it on them, what's the use of redbus then?

      I have booked a ticket in redbus (Ramjcci456100) for the journey from peikulam to chennai in ramya travels and the departure time is 6pm on 13 dec 2019. I got call from the bus operator at 5.46pm stating that bus will be leaving soon and i said i will be reaching the point within 5minutes and i reached at 5.50pm. When i reached the boarding point, bus was not there. So i called the operator three times. First two times he didn't pickup and third time at 5.56pm he picked the call and said bus has left the point and even had a abused me in bad words and he disconnected the call. Then i called the redbus at 6pm (Departure time of the bus is 6pm). It took few minutes to connect with the redbus customer executive after the ivr menu. Then i explained what has happened and after a long hold redbus executive submitted the complaint at 6.10pm. At 14th dec 2019 afternoon, i got a call from redbus executive and she said that she has spoken with the operator and the operator told her that i reached the boarding point at 6pm (Kindly note down this). Today 15th dec 2019 i again got a call from redbus executive stating that the complaint was closed because the operator is denied everything and he also stated that i came to the boarding point at 6.10pm (Kindly see the difference). I said that i have the call details with time of call with bus operator and redbus customer care. Executive didn't even want to see the evidence which the customer has. She simply said that the operator is denying so redbus is closing the complaint. If a complaint is raised, both sides should be heard but they didn't do it.
      Executive even said redbus took the complaint at 6.10pm only. I want to ask whether a complaint will be raised the very next second when a call is made to the customer care
      Or a complaint will be made after the sequence of ivr messages, then ivr menu, then selecting the right option, then call gets transfer to the customer executive (With waiting to find the executive who is free at that time), then explaining the incident, then taking the complaint (Don't forget the fact that the call will be put on hold for few minutes) then only complaint will be placed. Yes or no?
      I have attached the call details between me and the operator and then with the redbus with the call timing.

        Hello i cancelled my ticket on 6 dec from mapsa to goa booking no:tncg83725033 red bus app said it will require upto 5 days for refund process but it's around 10 days i did not get my money back. There is no person to person interaction between redbus customer care is based on computer it's very upsetting that i did not get my money back within time it gives mental stress and trust issues with redbus apps.

          I have booked the ticket for durgamba motors through red bus, hubli to bangalore. Date: 15.12.2019. Bus timing:2245.
          Payment made by net banking, through sbi account.
          Amount is rs.712.50 deducted from my account. But ticket is not confirmed yet, i have not received the acknowledge, i have received the message from vmdrmbus saying that, your ticket, with pnr no 3291746 is released as you didnot collect the ticket by 14/12/2019. Durgambabus.com.
          And i have called up to the durgamba motors head office, they are saying that it is not confirmed,

                I booked my bus tickets by redbus on 24/11/2019 (Ticket number:tncm[protected] from thamarassery to bengaluru on 26/11/2019 and cancelled it on 26/11/2019. And also at the same day i booked another ticket (Ticket number:tncm[protected] thamarassery to bengaluru on 26/11/2019 and cancelled it on 24/11/2019.

                But my problem is still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i return that amount within 5 days.
                Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. And i have called them several times no one is picking my call. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                  No you didn't resolve my problem... I put trust on redbus and totally dissatisfied as though i wanted to cancle my ticket, no one from traveller nor redbus cooperated with me to cancle it and blamed on each other for cancellation and refund of money... So much disappointed with redbus... Because i didn't know the travel agent... I know redbus... And put faith in it... But disappointed

                      I have booked uts tours and travels on 7 december from chidambaram to chennai. The bus should reach boarding point at 11.59 pm but it does not reach till now (2:12 am). We are waiting for more than 2 hours. I am not sure whether it will reach the boarding point or not because of this i lost the progress work on tomorrow. For god sake don't commit these travels starting time until and unless you are sure of that. We are suffering a lot. You people are responsible for these kind of mistake. Please close the uts tours and travels

                            I used to travel in the shalom career bus on 27 nov 2019 from chennai to kaliakkavillai..
                            Very worst experience...
                            I never found these kind of behavior in any other transportation...
                            There are 2 drivers driving the bus... One person who drives from nyt 9 to 2.30 is good and genuine...
                            But nxt one guy drive the bus... His behavior is very worst..
                            Actually i book seat no 1... Which is back to driver...
                            That second driver mostly turning back and doing some misbehaving activities... I was scared for the whole nyt..
                            This is completely sexual harassment...
                            Kindly consider this issue and take necessary steps.

                              I am cancel the ticket 22nd november 2019. Still am not receiving the refund amount and i call redbus customer care it worst experience on my view compare to other serveries why because continuously saying press 1 and 2 etc.
                              In that time am using my card for paying the amount that number was deleted unfortunately in app, now what can i do for my refund amount and how to get back. Please do needful for this issue

                                I'm divya kulkarni
                                I had booked a bus from bijapur-to-bangalore on 3rd november 2019 through the redbus app. The bus did not get booked but amount got debited.
                                The payment was through debit card. I had claimed for refund but got no response. It's been almost 1 month since i've raised a complaint. Kindly go through the same.
                                I would expect a positive reply and hope for the sooner refund!!

                                I booked 2 tickets from Lucknow to Deoria and at venue we checked that it got cancelled for the day so had to take other alternative. So here instead of making up for the trouble caused, Reb bus has not accepted the fact about cancellation that lead to No Refund for the ticket cost.

                                  I booked two different trips in redbus. One is from 'chennai' to 'madurai' on 06/10/2019 with ticket no. TNAT20468218 and another one is from 'paramakudi' to 'pollachi' on 08/10/2019 with ticket no. TNAT19176428. I cancelled both of them due to medical reasons before 2 days. But I didn't get refund for a total cost of ₹1633 (₹868 for 1st trip + ₹765 for 2nd trip). I attached detailed screenshots taken from their mobile application regarding my refund. Please claim back my money from them.

                                  8:26 PM on Monday November 2019, Booked ticket in LIMOLINER travel through Redbus and made payment through Phone pay Amount of 736.45 but ticket is not conformed and amount also not refunded

                                      It has been a horrifying experience by booking a bus on Red Bus. I have booked tickets on Red bus from Jawalaji to Delhi by "Snow Region Tours & Travels" on 24th Nov.. It has been the most pathetic experience ever. A lot of life-threatening negligence mistakes were committed by the "Red Bus" & "Snow Region" as well:

                                      1. I booked for the Volvo semi sleeper bus ( Bus No. HR69C3227, Ticket No. TNCJ58982695, PNR: TS[protected]ICRE/74052/Bir-Delhi M/Benz). The Bus was not at all the bus we have seen in the pictures available on app.
                                      They had shown a different bus and sent a different one. The bus was an old Volvo, totally worn out, seats and buttons were not at all functional.

                                      2. The bus sent to us on route was dysfunctional and driver himself confirmed this. The bus felt like a worn out roadways and the seats were broken and very uncomfortable. You can have this bus for most pathetic experience of road tripin your life. When on road, it felt like a complete bus was shaking on each turn driver made.

                                      3. The Driver was more like a Truckdriver sent in disguise. He was driving damn rash and was almost caught by the cops on road for talking on phone while driving. When other passengers asked him to drive carefully, he just ignored and said that bus is not okay and hence he can't do anything. He was rash driving for a whole journey of about 10 hrs and so the passengers had to go through all this pain for such long hours.

                                      4. Driver was completely unaware of the pickup and drop off locations.We have to update him each time.

                                      5. When asked to "Snow Region Tours", they are again bigger ### as they denied any bus on this route (Bravo! You don't know where your buses are.Thank god we have got the M-Tickets).

                                      6. Red Bus authorities also avoiding the issue. More than 24 hours passed, no response from their team. (Complaint No.[protected]

                                      PS: Travel with Snow Region at your own risk. Don't ever book through Red Bus, they are not liable for any mishappening if it occurs.

                                      Trust me there is no resolution to any of YOUR COMPLAINts or misconducts by bus authorities. Don't get cheated by the false commitments they make. Their policy is just to get the money in and no policies are been made for the safety of passengers. They might go in hell after making the payment.

                                      I would like Red bus to issue a refund for the trip and banned the bus until it passes the standards of transport for such long trips so that other people might escape such mishappenings. You can take the testimony of other passengers boarded the same bus and take strict action against service providers.

                                        Tickets booked through smart buy from Bangalore to Chennai by Dreamliner travels for Oct 3. I didn't have an option to cancel the ticket online. Called red bus customer care on Oct 2 to cancel the ticket and was told it is cancelled Redbus cancellation compliant no 10830002. Refund not received till date. When I call customer care, I am told we cannot cancel the ticket.
