Redbus — Fooling me / not stop at destination

My seat was booked and bus driver didnt informed me to where he stop and because of that my bus is missed and refund is not processed not even another ride.

Bus driver is talking Rudely when i asked him to stop.
Bus number is this RJ14PF2468
I didnt get any resolution please provide me some help as soon as possible.

I have spend 740 rs which is going to be lost.
