I travelled from kurukshetra to gurgaon on 05/06/2023 04:15AM R.S. 3603/-by Zing Bus . I booked my ticket from Redbus. Redbus ticket did not have Gst invoice
Redbus told me ask bus operators and they telling me to call Redbus. I need Gst Invoice Bill of both the tickets and not just Gst No.
Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.
I am tired calling both sides and tired of trying for downloading it from their website. I am providing tickets. Please find attachments.
Adding on, contacting to their customer care is the most hinderome process
