I booked bus tickets from Lucknow to Haldwani for 9th of June 2023. But it got cancelled by the operator and they told that refund will be received in 5-7 days. I got a mail that refund has got initiatedbut I have still not received any money. It has been moe than 10 days now.

    Subject: Urgent Complaint - Inadequate Support and Consequences of Travel Disruption

    Dear Consumer Rights Complaints,

    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the inadequate support I have received and the consequences I have faced due to a major disruption in my travel plans, specifically concerning my experience with redBus. It is o[censored]tmost importance that someone from your team addresses my concerns promptly. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the response I have received so far, and I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation.

    I attempted to address my concerns directly with redBus through their designated channels, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Despite following their instructions to use their app or website for complaints, my situation remains unresolved. The lack of a timely and effective response from redBus has caused significant inconvenience and has put me in an extremely difficult position.

    I placed my trust in redBus to provide reliable and efficient service, especially during urgent travel situations. However, my recent experience has shattered this trust. The absence of a confirmed ticket through redBus has resulted in the postponement of my travel, leading to substantial personal and financial losses and negatively impacting my personal and professional life.

    The repercussions of this travel disruption have deeply saddened me, and I hold redBus responsible for the consequences I have endured. The lack of appropriate support and resolution has not only caused financial losses but has also affected my mental well-being and overall trust in their services.

    I am requesting your intervention in this matter and urge you to take immediate action to address the predicament I find myself in. I expect redBus to compensate me for the financial losses incurred due to the disruption of my travel plans. Furthermore, I kindly request a thorough investigation into the breakdown of redBus's support system, and I seek assurance that such incidents will not be repeated in the future.

    I trust that Consumer Rights Complaints will acknowledge the gravity of this situation and promptly address my concerns to ensure a fair resolution. I anticipate your intervention and a comprehensive response outlining the steps that will be taken to rectify this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the losses I have suffered.

          I booked a ticket for a bus company named (PEPSU) on the date - 14th May (Sunday). It was from Ludhiana (Counter no.5, bus stand) to Delhi (ISBT Kashmiri gate). Ticket no. - "TS6B16906577" & PNR NO - "[protected]_[protected]".

          I kept waiting at the counter for 2 hours, but the bus didn't come nor the driver or manager picked up the call. Later he called and said the bus is not coming and is late. I had to do a costly taxi to reach Delhi as I had my flight booked.

          I reached out to RedBus to raise my complaint and file a refund. And they said I will get a callback. they didn't call back. And after 15-20 days I got the mail from them that the issue is resolved and the complaint is closed.

          I called red bus again and they said they will raise the complaint again and it will show in my account. They sent a case ID which was[protected] on 7th June 2023. Till now, I haven't received any mail, any refund no call back from them nothing.

          And Redbus says that they don't take any action against any bus companies who does fraud or don't refund upon their cancellation.

          I need my refund for the bus seat I never travelled in. Bus company - PEPSU is committing fraud against its customers and Red Bus is not supporting it in any way.

            This is to bring to your kind notice that i booked online tickets through RedBus app on 6th June 2023 to travel from Tezpur to Jorhat on 7th June 2023 for 1 Member.

            Payment was done through Fi card. After Payment transaction got a message stating Seat was not booked & Payment received successfully. You people failed to sent the Seat Booking message...

            I booked indore to nagpur bus ticket no. -TS[protected] for 12th June and RedBus claimed that you can get minimum 10% off on return ticket booking.
            So I booked return ticket from nagpur to indore ticket no. TS[protected] 13th June. But I had to pay whole ticket original price.

            Didn't receive any off while booking return ticket as RedBus claimed.

              I booked 4 tickets for my family operating from Manali to Dehradun in 7th of June, Bus strated little bit late from its schedule time 5:Pm on 7th June 2023.On reaching Chandigarh around 2:Am Bus driver stopped bus at petrol pump and driver skipped from bus without any intimation to passengers.On our query with bus owner he simply said talk to incharge and disconnected my phone.Just after the owner of bus City Land he switched of his phone.All passengers were annoyed.On our query the agent over there he lie with us by explaining that there was problem with bus wiper, so bus could not travel, and he informed us to wait and another bus would come.When another bus came than we shifted our luggage and passengers.It was really a bad experience travelling with City Land Bus.After all this bus driver for the one we shifted he informed that he doesn't know the way from Chandigarh to Dehradun.It was our mistake that we had a long patience othwise we could have made this complain with Police station over there at Chandigarh.

                My uncle reached the boarding point at 8.00pm and waited till 8.45pm. meanwhile we have tried tracking the bus by the link provided by the redbus..but tracking is not working.. so we tried calling to the driver number provided by the redbus. But the driver is not at all attending the call.. so i have contacted the redbus customer care, after keeping on hold for long time, customer executive replied me that she is also unable to contact the driver and requested me to wait for another half an hour at the boarding point.So i waited till 9.15 and came back to my friends home which is 1km from the boarding point as my uncle is an heart patient and he is unable to stand on the roadside waiting for the bus for one hour. After reaching there at about 9.30pm i have again contacted the customer care and he somehow connected me to the driver. He informed me that he reached the boarding point. So we went to boarding point. I asked the driver that why he is not picking the call and we he didn't not even call the passenger before reaching the boarding point. Then he arrogantly responded " I WILL CALL WHEN IAM FREE, YOU GO AND TALK TO THEM WE HAVE GIVEN THE NUMBER" and even he used some abusing language to us...

                If I am not called the customer care at 9.30pm my uncle would have missed the bus.

                I request you to file a case against the redbus for providing wrong information about the driver contact details, no tracking of bus and arrogant behaviour of the driver towards the passenger...

                If this is the state of the bus provider..redbus should not keep these type of bus providers in their list and make the passengers fools...

                As i have some knowledge and contacted the customer care . Some passengers who are uneducated has missed the same bus service and travelled 50km on thier own to reach the bus..

                This is not a matter money.. this is matter of time.. if my uncle didn't not travel today he has to pay huge losses towards his business. Not only him even some students in the bus may lose their classes, exams, some people going for hospitals..all their schedules may have got disturbed..

                So please take action against the redbus and against the service provider also .

                  We were travelling from pali too vashi we caught the bus at 3:00 pm from pali The Ac in the bus was not working from the night and the time for the bus to drop the passenger was 10:05 AM but it dropped at 6:00pm driver using abusive language and talking rudely i tried to reach the laxmi travellers jodhpur head office but no response from their so please help me my ticket for one double sleeper costed 2000

                    Unreasonable price by redbus. I boarded the bus on 02/06/23 from Indore to Durg. I've extra luggage. 2 of which was pre booked but becoz the tocket is not showing any booking for the luggage the Mahendra travels has charged Rs 250 for each luggage which is too much for a bus to charge like this as the site is showing rs 40 for extra luggage . That too i ve travelled with those baggage by adjusting them on my seat. Even tickets are over priced with no extra facilities. No blankets and charging points n light not working. Ver disappointed with the travelling

                      I booked a bus ticket through the Redbus platform for a journey from Dabwali (Haryana) to Jaipur (Rajasthan). The booking details are as follows:

                      According to cashback offer I didn't received any cashback amount in wallet. I fulfilled all the necessary requirements to be eligible for the cashback. However, despite completing the journey, I have not received the promised cashback amount.

                        I had booked two tickets from Amravati to Nagpur for 23rd May 2023. On reaching Amravati Bus Stand I was informed that the bus is cancelled due to AC failure, I raised a complaint to redbus and they asked me to contact MSRTC bus stand office. Now when I asked them for resolution and refund they said I should take any other bus to travel further on my own and no refunds will be done my MSRTC. Nonetheless, I had to board flight from Nagpur to Bangalore so I took next bus and travelled my journey. Again when I contacted Redbus after multiple tries they are now asking me to go to MSRTC office for refund who have cleared said me they won’t do any refund. I live in Bangalore and Redbus wants me to keep doing rounds of MSRTC bus stand for this refund which they are not willing to listen also. Now I have paid an amount to REDBUS for bus service which I wasn’t provided and left to roam in that scorching heat. I need a full refund for my tickets at the earliest. Attaching proof of tickets and my travel to BLR details below.

                            I am using red bus app for bus ticket booking. After a long time red bus gives some discount as cash back on ticket booking, so i got also cash back of discount money which is appears on my red bus wallet. But sorry to say that there is no option for transfer my wallet cash to my bank account. Therefore i request to redbud team to please return my wallet amount to my bank account.

                                I want to submit that I booked four berth vide ticket no. TS6G27894087 & Pnr no. TS[protected]UDMY/293754/Durg - Patna, from Raipur to Patna and got allotted LB03, 04, 05'06 after paying a hefty and unreasonable price by redbus. I boarded the bus on 19/05/23 from Raipur bus stand and bus was for Patna Danapur. When bus came it was very dirty and interiors was in delaphidated conditions from which I got injured as well.

                                The sufferings did not ends here it got more severed with passing of time. For you kind information bus never goes to Patna bus ticket is booked for Patna. Before 200 kilometres of patna passengers are shifted to one small congested travellers van to Patna even if passengers have booked AC sleeper berth they are forced to sift into travellers 12 seater bus. The bus conductor Mr. Raju told that bus never goes to Patna their usual practice are same as above. I was travelling with my wife and two kids of 7 years and 14 years got I'll due to reckless approach of operator and RedBus, if bus doesnt go to Patna how Redbus allowed us to book ticket for Patna. It's a grave fault on the part of Redbus.

                                During night time bus conductor allowed local passengers to board bus for earning money. They encroached our slippers berths against our wish and our privacy and comfort both were compromised giving a sense of travelling in a hell like condition.

                                I am attaching the pics of people encroaching our slippers berths at the night time which goes through out journey.

                                I have reasonable believe that Redbus in connivance with Naveen Travels is misleading and cheating with passengers. I hereby warn you to blacklist or remove Naveen Travels Raipur to Patna routes from your platforms and compensate me with an amount of Rs. 20000 for mental agony and harrassment occured due to deficiency of service on your parts or else will file a case against RedBus and Naveen Travels in appropriate Consumers Dispute Redressal Forum and you will be solely responsible for the same.

                                  My money from amazon pay got debited but it didnt show booked ticket on red bus. Please either book my ticket or refund it asap.

                                    I booked a ticket from Lucknow to khatushyam with PNR 517924&518875
                                    From Red bus and traveling partner was anshi Raj travels.travel date[protected]. the bus was already started with 3 hours delayed from source point and left us before 200 Km from khatushyam.asked to travel rest distance with own expenses, we are very disappointed, we need our refund amount please help
