Redbus — Horrible Journey Experience Because of REDBUS | |||||
Hi Concern, My name is Ankit Trivedi, and I had reserved 2 seats from Delhi to Varanasi on October 28, 2016. You have charged us INR 3828.00 along with ICICI Lombard Travel Insurance Policy worth INR 30.00 per head. The seats 07 and 08 respectively, were allocated to us in the Bus No. 2225, that was registered with Royal Travels Delhi. The first inconvenience was caused because of delay departure of the bus that was scheduled from Akshardham Metro Station, departure time was scheduled at 23.00 Hours and the bus departed an hour late. Secondly, the price paid did not met the expectations or the amenities of the bus. Now moving on to staff's behavior, an accident took place near the vicinity of Shikohabad because of the driver's negligence after which he ran away from the place leaving all the passengers in the mid of the journey. After an hour, came the conductor who said that there is no hope of another bus from Redbus, he asked us to manage on our own and his exact words were " aap apna apna dekh lijiye ". We waited for an hour at the same place where the accident happened but, no help arrived from your end. After the incident we had suffered a lot in terms of journey and monetary loss. We had to arrange a bus from Shikohabad to Kanpur then, from Kanpur we traveled to Mughalsarai via train and the Ticket Collector charged us with the penalty as we didn't had the reservation, we are attaching the scanned copies of all the tickets and penalty bill and we want refund for the same. We were supposed to reach Varanasi by 12.00 hours on October 29, 2016 but we reached on October 30, 2016 by Midnight. Was this information helpful? | |||||
