I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my train booking made through RedRail on 17 October 2025. The ticket was from Tambaram to Kumbakonam on Train No. 09419 (ADI–TPJ), with confirmed seat status.
However, the train was diverted to another route and did not pass through my boarding point (Tambaram). I was not informed in advance about this route diversion. I waited at the station for more than three hours, but there was no notification or update from RedRail regarding the change.
As per your 3x refund policy in cases of route diversion or boarding point omission, I kindly request that my 3x refund be initiated at the earliest.
