Redbus — I did not get the seat guarantee refund

I booked a ticket for a train for 24th oct 2024 from thane jn. To Badnera jn. I tried their new feature of seat guarantee. I got alloted an RAC seat, which meant that I was eligible for a refund of the extra seat guarantee premium that I paid. However, I have been trying to contact them since and recieved no response from them. The app shows no details for the train. There is absolutely no way to contact them. It was a refund of 412 rs. and It still shows as initiated in the application.
