[Resolved]  Redbus — I have booked a ticket. amount debited but ticket not issued.

My query number is 2985527. I have sent mail many times asking for a reply, but there is no reply from them, sending a automated email alone., which we could not reply. I tried calling them but cal could not be connected. Please refund my amount. My trip id is[protected].
Payment of rs.800. Please treat this complaint in higher priority., and refund my money asap. If not you will force me to file a complaint.
