I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 10 dec 2017 (Ticket number (Tin): tkd[protected] from chennai to srivilliputtur for dated 10 december 2017 that tckt amount was 877.75/- rs. And cancelled it on 10 december (Tracking number is [protected].)

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.

119 debited from my redbus wallet and from my kotak 280 deducted but the recharge not happened, i need refund my amount. 399

    Hi,

    I have booked three tickets in red bus with corresponding gender. But they consider booker gender for remaining.in my case i have two females and one gender. I mentioned myself and my wife travel together and for my grand mother i booked different sheet. But in the system they consider all ticket as male. So i request red bus to change the gender as female for my grand mother.
    But they told me to cancel the ticket. And it will take only 10%.

    Here also they have worst logic. I cancelled only one ticket but they charged for three tickets. I mean i booked three tickets for 2400. So each ticket 800. So in my case the detect amount would be 80 rupees. But they detect 240 rupees and extra 30 rupees.

    I have raised my concern to red bus. They simply closed my issue without resolving it. I send mail again but they are not responded.

      The particular trip was cancelled by the bus operator as the bus had broken down. They informed that redbus would initiate the refund. Even after repeated requests and complaints, the issue remains unresolved, that is, refund has not been made.

        It's for my redbus ticket booking on dec 10th 2017 from pune to hyderabad. After that i received a call from bus operator the bus is cancelled. On the same date reported the issue to your call center and ticket number is tkd[protected].

        I followed up on this ticket more than 7 times but every time they are saying we are checking and let u know after 24 hours. Please help me for the above

        After posted the complaint. I got a call from unknown number and he is saying we are from redbus team and said we will send to ur amount with in 30mins and asked debit card no and cvv no for sending amount. After that the amount 1080 is debited from account. I think it is fake call. Please help me i toatlly lost 2200 rs.his number is [protected] and also you said should delte the complaint from form. I want to know how can he access the details

          I booked my bus ticket redbus on 2 January 2018 (ticket no: TM[protected])from Chennai to Pudukkottai for dated 3 January 2018 that ticket amount was 518/- rupees and Hebron transport cancelled my ticket because of bus mechanical breakdown ( tracking number is[protected]

          But my problem is still I have not received my refund amount in my bank account and in received in cancellation sms you mentioned that it will return in 10 days ) for your reference I am forwarding to your sms with in the mail.

          Why they are not refunding my amount and I request please refund my money . Please response as soon as possible

            I booked Prasannna purple bus ticket ticket from Mumbai to Pune via red bus app and wasn't informed about the delay it will cause.After waiting for 20 min, I called to enquire then I was told the bus might take an hour to reach and irlt was bus assistant's fault as to why I was not informed and later on when I enquired the bus assistant he blamed it on other employees .I had to wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes in hot afternoon.I am highly disappointed with the service and will be reaching my destination late at night.

              Yr red bus no mp 04 pa 1043, running on route no. Sr-4 at bhopal is running in horrible condition, its engine needs complete overhaul on urgent basis as it is generating heavy thick black smoke continuously and the bus has become a dark black smoke generating machine, heavily polluting the entire route during its movement.
              Hope that the complaint will be attended on urgent basis to avoid excessive pollution being generated by the said bus.

                  I have booked three bus ticket no. Tm[protected] for journey from ahmednagar to mumbai on 02..01.2018 and same is confirmed vide pnr 31240932/361010/[protected]. Payment was made by axis bank - credit card no xx9543 of rs. 1110.00 on 02.01.2018 which was debited to my account but due to protest (At bhima-koregaon, between ahmednagar and poona) all buses were canceled and journey was not done.
                  So it is requested to refund rs 1100 on same account.

                    We booked two tickets from hyderabad to rajahmundry on 10/01/2018. Probably we suppose to go on 11/1/2018 but by mistakenly we booked the tickets on 10/1/2018.                         Yesterday i have boarded to a 1 Travels from trichy @23:59 and today morning am reached coimbatore...
                        I just seated above back wheel of the bus with my friend with seat number 17 and 18...That place was too hot seems like wheel must be contact with bus body .

                          On 2 Jan i have booked a ticket from Redbus site and due to riots in Ahmednagar bus get cancelled from the boarding point.
                          So bus operator told all passengers ticket amount get refunded by online from u booked a ticket. so for this i have send mail/request to the redbus support on 2Jan 2018 but till date no updates from the redbus and money is also not refunded .
                          When i called support every day they told within 24hrs money get refunded.

                              Myself mahesh (Reg mobile : [protected])

                              It's for my redbus ticket booking on 2nd january from gulbarga to mumbai. The bus operator cancelled his bus due to some violence issues across the highway and pune - mumbai area. I got the message and bus operator returned his bus from same city and dropped us at starting point itself. On the same date as have reported the issue to your call center and ticket number is 2796407.

                              I followed up on this ticket 3 times but everytime they are saying it is under process and no further progress. Bus operator has return other passenger money who paid in cash and my bad that i booked ticket via redbus and you guys are simply delaying the process.

                              I have bus cancellation message from redbus too. Hence process my refund at the earliest to my paytm wallet linked with [protected] on priority.

                                Hi team,
                                I have booked a ticket from redbus for pune to baroda ac sleeper for my wife to travel.
                                Travel operator - gujarat travels
                                At the end moment, the operator came with non ac sleeper [bus was in very bad condition] and rudely told my wife that, ac bus got cancelled, that's the only bus at this time now, if you want to board or cancel and get refund. As she has to travel in urgency, so she boarded the bus.
                                Bus quality was so bad, that since the time she boarded the bus, she got headache due to loud noise of bus parts/windows.
                                And when she asked bus staff to stop the bus somewhere near to hotel for bathroom, bus staff rudely denied. She was alone travelling and got panicked and fell into serious frustration. After asking continuously to bus staff to stop for bathroom, they just gave fake assurance without even understanding the seriousness of problem.

                                I am deeply regretting to avail the bus services from redbus specially from gujrat travels, when my wife had to face a lot due to ruthless and unsupportive behaviour of staff.

                                  Hi,
                                  I had booked a ticket for two through redbus app for bus journey on jan 1, 2018 from bangalore to hyderabad. On dec 27, 2017 i recieved an sms (Screenshot attached) stating that my bus ticket with given pnr has been cancelled. And no refunds have been done for the cancelled ticket yet.

                                  I have tried lodging complaint through the app and also tried talking to the customer care. And the only result so far is i get system generated emails for my request ticket creation and closure without any resolution being provided.

                                  Also while talking to the customer care, he told that they had confirmed with the bus operator that the bus had not been cancelled.in that case how is possible that i get the sms with my pnr number that the bus has been cancelled. When i told him about the sms i was asked to send a mail to [protected]@redbus.in with the screenshot attached. As mentioned above there had been no satisfactory response to the mail (Only the system generated mail was recieved).

                                  If bus had not been cancelled how is it that i receive that sms with the correct pnr number. Either the bus had been cancelled or there is a serious system flaw.

                                  I would like to get my money back with proper explanation or there is no way i am trusting redbus for my future reservations.

                                    Hi this is raheel i have booked ticket on 22 dec at durga travels through red bus app. I have cal to driver at 4pm on that day he told me there is a maintenance problem bus was cancelled. After 5mins i got a sms regarding bus cancellation. I have complaint to red bus customer care on 23 dec regarding refunding of amount, customer care executive assure me with in 24 hrs amount will be refund.                                     I renjith booked my bus ticket by redbus on 24 dec 2017 (Ticket number (Tin): tkd93720870 from pune to bangalore for dated 24 dec 2017, unfortunately bus got cancelled and same has been confirmed by the service provider over call/message on same date.

                                    My problem is that still i have not received the refund amount in my bank account yet and over call redbus representative informed me that i will get refund/confirmation within 24 hrs an its been 11 days and havent recieved my amount/confirmation.

                                    My request is to please refund my money.

                                    I booked a bus through red bus for 4th of January but due to some compulsion i had to travel on 3rd itself, so I went to red bus cancellation site for cancellation of my tickets I got a message stating that this ticket can't be cancelled.

                                      Bus tickets for three was booked on 25th nov 2017 for journey from kolhapur to mumbai with ticket number tkcn34281544 and pnr : 67788843 for neeta travels bus departing at 09:45 pm. Date of journey was 04.01.2018. I had received confirmation of the ticket on my email id (Ganesh. [protected]@gmail.com). Complete payment was also done during booking.
                                      However, when boarding, the reservation was denied as the pnr was not available at the neeta database. Also the seats reserved were allocated to others.
