[Resolved]  Redbus — I have paid for my seat on red bus but no ticket has been received

I had paid for my ticket, an amount of 766 rupees to RKT Tours and Travels from NIT Trichy college to Bengaluru on 14th august at night 11:25. The amount was deducted but red bus never sent me the ticket and the seat I had booked is showing not booked. I want my money back.
