I lost my money from phonepe while booking tickets from redbus. 4 times i lost bookings. I need my money refund urgently. There is no custiomer call, calls are not working. Email id : Madhavi. Verified Support Jan 13, 2020 Red Bus Customer Care's response Hi Madhavi, Greetings from redBus! Thank you for your time on call. We did check the details and could see that there were 4 failed transactions. Out of which one was already refunded to the source account. Out of the other three refunds, two were from email ID [protected]@gmail.com and another one from email ID: Madhavi.[protected]@gmail.com. Please be informed that we have processed the refund of the remaining three failed transactions as well and the same will reflect in your account within the next 7 bank working days as per the standard banking procedures.
