Redbus — issues with women safety and security

I booked sleeper 12 and a male passenger was allocated to sleeper 13, the bus operator asked me "you shouldn't have any problem sharing seats" when i raised a concern i was asked to purchase both seats, no redbud help reached on time and the bus left without me!

A female passenger was abandoned at 6.30 pm at siliguri station because she refused to share a seat with a male passenger.
