I booked my bus ticket by redbus for 27 october 2019 (Ticket number (Tin): tnbf66483561 from delhi to chandigarh ticket amount rs. 597.

(Ref pnr no[protected]

On 25th october 2019 i got a message from operator official number that the bus has been cancelled and full refund has been initiated and i shared the screenshot also to the so called customer support of redbus.

In spite of calling them numerous time their is still no response and no refund as i did not board the bus becuase of the cancellation message by the operator that i have shared also with redbus.

Kindly refund the money as soon as possible.

    I have booked bus ajmer to ahmedabad by red bus.
    They heavely charged amount of ac luxury bus but bus was not upto the mark
    Even they have changed my seat also without given any prior information and give me last seat.
    Driver says you have booked online ticket so you have to adjust, otherwise dropped out my bus and take another one. We can't give you any refund.
    At midnight i have no option to say no to him

      I had booked a ticket on redbus from dharwad to mumbai in national travels (Ticket no :tna[protected]. 8th september 2019) the departure time was 11:50pm but i had reached the place by 9pm as dharwad was a new place to me and also the departure venue a toll gate was in a remote area. Once i reached the venue i got a call from operator asking am in the venue and i had replied saying i am already reached and waiting for the bus. And then i opened redbus app and checked tracking details where the bus was showing its 1.5hrs late.

      After 10pm i had called drivers number given by redbus in their message now the number was switched off. Then i called another number of the operator given by redbus. The man who received call also gave same number. But i told him that that number is switched off and he said the driver is frustrated getting so many calls and he assured driver will give call once he reach my location.

      By then it was 11:50 pm i tried calling driver still it was switched off. I tried calling operator with whom i spoke he also dint pick my call. Now even the map also was not working. I tried calling other numbers provided by redbus no one received my call.

      Now i called redbus after 15-20 minutes of connection of ivr call finally spoke to customer service operator and he again gave 5-6 numbers. But none of them were picking the call. I called redbus again waiting 15mins of ivr and spoke another customer service person and asked him to connect to bus operator instead he said he will pass another number through sms to whom i can speak. But i didn't receive any message. Now am calling them for 3rd time but now the customer service person said the bus is already passed from ur location.

      Now customer service operator connected another guy from national travels and spoke to him in same call and asked why did it happened then he called bus driver. Where he said he was not able to connect to my number. But from the same number, i had already spoken to my friend like minutes before.

      When bus operator was speaking to driver in our call in tamil i got to know that (As i can understand tamil) the drivers number which they have given to customers was not the one which they were supposed to be given.

      The worst part is over the call national travels manager was blaming me for all these. He was saying it's my mistake as my call dint connected. He didn't even thought call won't connect if drivers location is not in network area. And he denied when i said i has tried connecting multiple numbers given by redbus and none were picking the call. Map was not working that's not their mistake. And i had called 3 times to redbus even they didn't help me. And at last there was only two gates in toll plaza towards mumbai highway. If the driver was just inquired there i would have got the bus.

      I had lost 1300 bus ticket+ 1800 the amount which i spent on that night to travel mumbai + 2500 my next days salary as i was not able to go to office. I had spent 6hr in the location in rainy and cold weather.
      Next day customer care executive had called me and said, everything is my mistake and red is not responsible for it and they can't refund or give compensation

        I booked a bus (Yellow pedal) through red bus from delhi to kanpur for 26th october, 2019 11:20 pm from akshardham metro station for amount rs.4095 for two people. I was having only a ticket with bus details.
        I reached the boarding point at 11:pm, but still didn't received any intimation message or call either form driver or from operator, even the contact no. Which is shared within the ticket is not answerable everytime i tried. At the same time i was contineoulsy calling to red bus support but they also didn't respond to a single call. I was shocked with such kind of behavor from them beacuse i am not having proper details of the bus with the driver as well. I was there there till 01:15 am waiting for the bus at the same location but still didn't received any call/message from driver's end even no one was reponding on the shared contact no. To the call. After this unexpected and irresponsible behavior from red bus and yellow pedal, we booked ola outstation for kanpur.
        After facing such annoying and rediculuos behavior from red bus and yellow pedal, i calledup the red bus support team in the morning to raise the comaplaint againt the same incident and requested to refund my ticket amount, in retun they asked me to give 72hrs to confirm with their operator and also to share my ola outstation receipts as proof that i travelled with that to kanpur.
        I provided them every information but still not received any response from them. And again when i called them, they asked for 48hrs to wait beacuse they need to confirm with there operator. But still didn't receive any response from them, again following up, they asked for 24hrs as their operator is not answering their call as well, it was around 20 days following up with them.
        After 20 days followup, i asked then them to provide me an immidiate refund of my ticket amount, they asked me again to wait for 2hrs and after 2hrs i received a call that we can't refund your amount because as per the confirmation with operator, the bus arrived at the same location around 12:00 am that is late by half n hour. So its your fault you missed your bus. Listening to this, when i siad now i'll visit to consumer court, they humbly replied "yes mam, you can, as you are the customer". Is this a resposibe behavior towards customer?

        If you can't provide the proper details and answerable contact no. To the customer then how can you blame the customer for missing the bus?
        Even red bus itself didn't pick the call single time, so how can they blame us?
        Service providers are available atleast when they provide service but you people didn't bother about the problems that custoer is facing because of your foolish and irreponsible behavior, where the support is not available at the time when it is required. Stop making fool to the customers by providing such useless service.
        If these kind of services can't support their customers especislly during odd timings then what is the use of such service providers with their support centers and shared details?
        This seems a complete money making business rather than providing services.
        1-ask for the money to book the tickets.
        2-don't provide the worth service to the customer.
        3-when they ask for their refund amount for such bad service or for no service then blame them and be sorry for it?
        This is the first and most worst experience with red bus. Will never book or suggest anyone to go for this service provider in future.

          Hi team,
          The rlt travels nagpur to pune pnr[protected] booked from red bus firstly there was a change in timing, the driver and staff was stopping at every bus stop and colleges to pick up local short distance travellers, bus was not cleaned and had broken windows. Bus was extremely overloaded beyond its capacity making it difficult to run, there was a battery failure which took almost 2 hours to repair, writing this while i'm still in bus for last 19 hours for a journey not a minute more than 14 hours

            There were so many cockroaches in the bus. Which is ac bus. We could not sleep whole night. Always something mess happens with orange travels buses. Amenities they have mentioned in the tool they never provide it.
            Last time in the travel bus broke down, there was no back up provided to us we had to wait 4 hours to get the other bus. It's high time.

              I had booked two tickets from new delhi to gorakhpur in a volvo multi axle on 9th of october 2019 and i got a confirmed ticket and its fare was 4274/- but soon 10 minutes after my ticket was confirmed and payment was done i got a message that my ticket got cancelled so i called the bus operator to confirm who told me that the bus is cancelled.
              After two days on 11th of october i checked my refund status which said that the refund is initiated.
              And today is 11th of november 2019 which is a 1 month period and i haven't got my refund which is depressing and frustrating at the same time.
              So i want my refund back as soon as possible.

                Dear sir/madam, i have booked my bus ticket in redbus on fareena travels ac sleeper dt[protected] scheduled boarding time-9:15 pm, after boarding the bus couldn't sleep and not even sit on my bed comfortably since hue amount ants were formed below my bed and it harassed me lot during my entire journey, i have requested bus in charge to help out but he didn't respond anything and he was asking me to adjust and travel, immediately i have compliant to redbus customer care, they are not bother to listening me, please note my ticket cost is rs.1575 which is very higher than the normal buses. Hope you will understand my feelings and please provide fair justice.

                  I had the worst possible journey on a paulo travels bus from kudal to mumbai (Ticket no. Tnc[protected] that lasted for over 18 hours.

                  I had to put up with this absolute hell. A journey that was supposed to end at 10 am today in mumbai lasted till 3.30 pm. Thanks to poor back up arrangements of paulo travels and zero communication with its passengers.

                  After being stranded on the national highway around midnight for over 3 hours due to a breakdown, you transferred passengers of a multi axel ac sleeper bus into a shoddy non-ac bus. After the journey started, me and 17 other passengers realised that the bus was headed to aurangabad and not mumbai.

                  We (Including many women and children) were made to get off on the pune highway and made to stand in the scorching heat for over two hours, while the operator tried to stop any random bus that was on its way to mumbai.

                  Finally, after getting into the bus, we realised that the seats in the second alternate bus were less than the passengers that were on boarded.

                  I ended up getting the last seat of the bus (My back is obviously gone) and share it with 2 other passengers. Basically 3 o[censored]s sharing a seat meant for 2 people. 🤬

                  On raising a complaint on the helpline and asking for an entire refund of my ticket cost of rs. 680, redbus told me they understood my situation and were really sorry about this. They offered me 100 bucks. On escalating this issue, another “senior” representative called me and increased the amount by 50 rupees. So, now they are offering me 150 bucks for this ordeal.

                  This is absolutely unacceptable.

                        Hi team,

                        I had booked a bus from pune to amravati by paying nearly 3 time more than usual whose details are as mentioned below and really had a very disgusting experience. I was supposed to board the bus on 25th oct 19 at 9 pm from chinchwad axix bank and reach my destination (Amravati) on 26th oct 19 at around 10 am. On the travel day around 5 pm i received a call from the bus operator person and he informed that the bus is delayed by 3 hours as the bus met with an accident and they are arranging some other bus which will reach pune by 12 midnight. Being diwali period it was very urgent for me to reach the destination on 26th morning as i had to attend my brother’s engagement ceremony, hence i requested the bus operator person to arrange my seat in some other bus but he said it’s not possible as there are no seats available in any other bus. So i agreed to board the booked bus at 12 midnight expecting that the pick up point would be the same (Chinchwad) which i selected while booking my bus as it is near from my home. After some time the bus operator person called and said that bus will not come to chinchwad & you will have to board the bus from sangamwadi parking. Left with no option i had to book a cab till sangamwadi at midnight (Night fares are very high). After reaching there i came to know that the bus is still on ahmednagar highway & will reach pune at around 2 am. I waited at the stop like a fool. Then the bus arrived at 2:30 am and we finally started our journey on 26th oct at 3 am (Total 6 hours delay). Max time to reach amravati from pune is 13 hrs so it was expected the bus will reach amravati by 4 pm but it reached at 9 pm in the night. It was very very frustrating to travel the whole day in that bus. Even after paying almost 3 times more than usual i received such a disgusting service. All my family plans got ruined just because of these people. Didn’t expected such kind of service from stallion roadways. It would have been better if i would have booked a flight in same amount.

                        Inconveniences caused:

                        1. Initially bus got delayed by 3 hrs.
                        2. Had to travel to different boarding point which is very far (20 km) from my home.
                        3. Had to pay extra for cab service to reach the new boarding point (Sangamwadi)
                        4. Had to wait at sangamwadi for next 3 more hours.in total 6 hours delay.
                        5. Expected time to reach destination was 13 hrs whereas in reality it took 18 hours + 6 hours delay. Total wastage of 24 hours.
                        6. Ruined all my family plans. Could not attend my brother’s engagement ceremony. Can you give me back the ceremony???

                        I want compensation for all of the above mentioned inconveniences caused. How will you compensate???

                          I have filed three complaints to redbus during my tour o[censored]daipur-jodhpur-udaipur.

                          First and second o[censored]daipur to jodhpur bus of hans travels (Boarding point shrinath nandu travels) ticket nos. Tnbt 42437976 and tnbt33986362. The bus was supposed to move at 4:30 am on 31 oct 2019, but it has reached after 10 am. It was more than 4 hours of delay by the bus.

                          At that time, in one communication over phone, one of redbus representative told that their is a policy of refunding 100% of amount if the bus delays for more than 2 hours, my bus delays for four hours. Now it seems that redbus has blocked my phone number, as no one is picking my phone at its helpline. I have filed complaint regarding this vide req ids : 11361554 and 11361512 on 30 oct 2019, but there is no reply is received. Redbus was committed for 1. Guaranteed time for that bus and 2. Full refund if bus delays for more than 2 hours and
                          3. Amount of rs. 25 per hour, if support delays.
                          However, no commitment is fulfilled by them.

                          Third complain is:
                          Redbus req id 11399290 on friday 1 nov 2019. My bus from jodhpur to udaipur mticket no. Tnbv98119766 for 1 nov 2019 10 pm by jhakhar travels, jodhpur.

                          Bus operator has changed the bus at the last moment. They did not even informed me for that, however, they have sent me other text messages on my cellphone.

                          Bus driver has insisted me to sit on sleeper, they have sissies. When i denied for that, he has started shouting on me.

                          I tried to call police, then he abused me and told insaan ki aulad hai to bula le police ko.

                          One other person came and he tried to get us out from the bus even i made payment.

                          After listening this i also became angry, as he abused my father. My wife came outside and the assistant of bus driver has also shouted and insulted my wife very rudely. Harassment of a woman is also an issue of highest concern.

                          The bus driver has threatened me before many other people, that he is sitting in bus, otherwise he may do anything with me. This issue is also of highest concern, as i was with my family.

                          My medical condition does not allow jerks of sleepers in bus, that is why i request for a seat. May this journey harmed me or such harm became harder in coming time. Who will responsible for this?

                          Driver and his assistant threatened me, can you understand this is a crime, and how i reached at destination with my family. I am having medical problem and was with women. Till last moment we all were afraid that they can do us with anything.

                          The bus operator has tried to move from issue by saying that one extra person means a girl of less than 10 years, which is normally allowed every time we travelled from bus, was with us. However, bus operator has also allowed many other people to sit more than two persons in a double sleeper, which conflicts his own statement. Even, when they raised this issue, i have offered them to make the payment of extra ticket. The same is also given to redbus in written. Any case, if more than two persons, even a small girl, is not allowed in a double sleeper, how four adults are allowed in the same types of steeper? Can't a bus become haviour more than allowed persons?

                          The same has also been happened in this bus.

                          Also, the bus was expected to stop at about 1 am, but they stopped it very earlier at about 11:45 pm, this was also doubtful in terms of our security. They may be having idea of something wrong to be done with us. However, i have taken extra care of my family and regularly informed redbus for such incidences. However, i didn't get any single instant support from redbus, as expected.

                            On 23rd october i just made a ticket booking in redbus app paid the amount through amazon pay but the app got struck in the middle and amout is deduced from my wallet so the ticket is also not conformed by redbus but they asked to book another ticket which the past ticke transaction is failed due to technical reason by redbus.. And they said that refund amount will be back to my wallet with in 5 days... From that day i didnt get any refund i just keep on asking them for my refund but they are unabel to solve my issue.. They just keep on draging... Kindly look into this matter... I had all the transaction details and i will attach it also.

                              no response on the complaint registered at indian consumer complaint forum

                              I had registered a complaint against redbus application on nov 8th 2019. I had received a call from the operator and the person stated he would call me by evening. But, there was no call in the evening.
                              I truly believe in the the complaints forum as a reliable space wherein in i can get my complaint registered and taken care. I haven't received the said call from redbus regarding the same.

                              I tried book a ticket from Mumbai to Dharwad on 24th Oct 2019 for journey on 26th Oct. Though money got deducted from my account, ticket was not booked. When I had called customer care, it was told that money would get credited within 7-10 working days. But it has not been credited yet.

                                On 15th June 2019, I used redbus booking my first payment is deducted but the ticket is not confirmed. Then I do another payment to book a ticket. but the first payment is not refunded. I contact the customer care but the answer is not satisfactory then I contact my bank to know about the missing payment they said the payment is credited to redbus. so I am sending my transaction details.i also raise the dispute in google pay also but no use they also said that contact redbus.
                                its almost five months please refund my money. I am expecting good news from you about refunded money. Don't cheat customers. Even they don't have mail id to send the transaction details.

                                  I have booked my ticket from ahmedabad to pune on 02nd nov on redbus. I selected payment mode google pay. My money got deducted from bank account also my google pay shows transaction as successful. However ticket was not booked. I again made the payment through net banking and booked the same seat. Please check and update.

                                  When i raised this with redbus they said that they have not received the amount and that will be credited to my account in 3 days. However that still not happened.

                                    I had booked two tickets from new delhi to gorakhpur in a volvo multi axle on 9th of october 2019 and i got a confirmed ticket and its fare was 4274/- but soon 10 minutes after my ticket was confirmed and payment was done i got a message that my ticket got cancelled so i called the bus operator to confirm who told me that the bus is cancelled.
                                    After two days on 11th of october i checked my refund status which said that the refund is initiated.
                                    And today is 11th of november 2019 which is a 1 month period and i haven't got my refund which is depressing and frustrating at the same time.
                                    So i want my refund back as soon as possible.

                                      My name is srinivasan from chennai, last nov 02nd i have booked ticket from chennai thirunallar, but bus operator dropped me at karaikal, distance 5 km
                                      So i went to thirunallar by taxi and i have spent rs.450/-

                                      Lot of bus services available for karaikal, i am never choosing universal travels but i am choosing that the reason for it gose via thirunallar.

                                      So please take this a serious issue, please remove the destination thirunallr.

                                      Please refund my taxi fare.

                                      Note. This is my 4 or 5 complaint for the same issue.
