my bus was cancelled and refund is still pending

I booked ticket tnaq63574582 from kaushambi to lakhimpur on 27 sep. But it was cancelled and i was not informed till borading time about being cancelled. And now i am asking for refund so red bus has said we will refund within 72 hrs. But till now i didn't get any response except apology message for inconvinience. Pls refund as early as possible. Service given to me is also very poor i have to arrange on my own that night.. Really bad experience...

Iam sampath i had booked a bus ticket in mercy bus on 05/10/2019 using red bus app. Ticket no tnaz37105408
From belgaum to brahmavara.. Reporting time was 10.15 pm and departure time was 10.30pm. I was waiting in the above booked venue but bus has not came ontime. Still i was waiting thinking may bus come bit late. Till 11 pm i was waiting only. Later i called bus operator and he told bus is not in a condition.. It needs some repair....

I booked a ticket on 30th september on redbus app. Ticket booked but my money got debited twice for single ticket.
First the app got struck so i entered the otp twice and money deducted twice.
The ticket charge was rs.596/- when i check my bank account money debited twice for one ticket. Please resolve this issue. Looking forward for the reply....

refund of cancelled ticket not getting transferred

I booked a ticket 2 months ago, the bus operator cancelled the service few hours prior to the bus departure. The full amount was processed for refund. I called up redbus to get an option of refund through other process as the card i used is been closed. Redbus clearly said the only other option is wallet and i have to use it within 6 months. 1 seats were selected on 1 oct 2019, traveler names and details added, proceeded for payment as well. Otp generated and upon submitting the otp the redbus page got stuck and the next message we received was 'something wrong with the card' (Ticket not generated). We tried again since we did not receive any cash debit sms in our mobile....

Now due to medical emergency i want to cancle ticket for 1 person and keep for remaing two but, partial cancellation option is not available in redbus app, no telecalling support is accessible. Support us in partial cancellation of both tickets. Hope team redbus will address our issue on priority....

Red bus is worst. They have not refunded my 1600/- for bus cancellation. It's more than a month now. Customer care people just making me fool by telling some excuse. I want my money back. I will never do booking hereafter from redbus. I called customer care 4-5 times. They initiated transfer after 1 mnth wen i called dem to ask about refund. Den i have been told to contact bank....

It's very worst. Bus didn't come, I wait 8:40pm to 02:00Am at roadways bus
stop as mentioned address.I called the redbus customer care at 10:00Pm and explain as above matter. he tolled me kindly wait.Again I called at 11:10 Pm redBus Customer care, he tolled me your complain registered for refund the booking payment and continue your journey another source.But till date booking payment did not received....

ticket cancellation money not refunded

I booked my bus ticket by redbus (Ticket number (Tin): tn8x44339679 from pune to kudal for dated 31 aug 2019 that tckt amount was 1400/- rs. And cancelled it by bus operator
On 30 aug bus operator call & says bus had an accident & bus was cancelled refund initiated in 4-5 days

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account.
Pls solve this issue asap...

early onboarding time

I have booked ticket in red bus from bangalore to tirupati. Given boarding time is 10:30 pm. But the bus arrived at 9:40 pm 45 minutes earlier than boarding time. I got a call from driver and he asked me to come fast as they are waiting for me. As i am in bangalore it is difficult to reach on time. As per my convenience i booked ticket for that time. But these people are asking me to come early....
