I have booked ticket via redbus on kpn travels on 28th oct 2019 bus got break down on that day they did not allocate any other travel. Raised request for refund. Amount not yet credited and worst response from redbus. Even i couldn't not contact customer care directly it's always busy can you please help me on this. I have been trying customer care for past 4 days via redbus app as well as redbus whatsapp customer care. If i ask about this issue they left the chatting window again have to chat from first. Very worst response ever had

      I had booked a bus from bangalore to coimbatore, trip scheduled on october 25.
      Scheduled departuretime:23:45
      Ticket number:tnas45518952
      Pnr number: ts[protected]gyyu/20149/bangalore - coimbatore
      Travels :jts tours and travels

      The bus was cancelled by the bus operator and i received a mail regarding the refund split up. The total refund amount was rs.749.99. Out of which, redbus wallet amount of rs.38 has been refunded to my redbus wallet. Whereas, the remaining amount of rs.711.99 is not yet refunded to my account.
      Payment was made using niyo card while booking.

        Ticket no : tnbm82252248 on 25 oct 2019. Journey was uncomfortable and bus delayed by 2.30 hrs approx late picked up. My family was waiting on street with 6 month child. I called to agent but he did not picked up the call. Bus and seat was not comfortable so i drop the bus in etawah before 160 km around from kanpur.

          I booked ticket (# tnbus[protected] for 3 people from bangalore to pondicherry, and got a call from the bus service (Balaji) that they have a permit issue and hence they will cancel the booking, i instantly cancelled the ticket via red bus app and booked another one from go ibibo. But to my surprise when i checked the app next day the booking was not cancelled and when i spoke to customer service they said that i never cancelled the ticket.

          It seems the red bus app had a glitch and it never captured the cancellation request, i even got the confirmation with termination charge of inr512 when i cancelled it and it clearly said that rest money will be refunded back.

          I need refund of my entire inr 3, 800 as it's red bus who goofed us

            I booke a ticket from kumbakonam to Chennai on oct 28 2019 at 11:30pm. But the bus which come from Chennai broke down on the way.the SRM transports called me and said they can arrange a volvo semi sleeper bus, but I booked a sleeper bus.i told them this situation and they said that they can apply on redbus for refund.i applied the redbus but there is no response email or callback from redbus for 3 days.after that they claimed that bus was on schedule and no problem.i called SRM Transports but they said that only replacement bus was there instead of original bus .that I would get my money back.worst they are cheating and investigating properly on a issue and they them self mark the problem as resolved

              Hello,
              I have booked vidharbha travels ticket on 3rd nov. Bus supposed start from yavatmal at 8:30. But bus came on yavatmal at 10:30 and started 11:00 pm 2.5 hours delayed. It supposed to drop in pune at 8 am in the morning. But they have drop us on 12 pm in the noon. I have missed my office due to bus delayed. What is the point giving 3 times charges to the bus. As per the time guarantee policy i should get 25% amount back.

              This is the ticket no. When I provide to the customer care they are saying that there are no details .but this is the actual ticket I got from redBus app I am attaching the proof regarding this .. wha the hell are you thinking no proper response.. refund the amount immediately
              Ticket has not been booked but amount has been deducted from my account twice and I m trying to call on customer care number no one is answering my call if you treat your customer like this then no one is going to use and if is it with new customer he is not going to use it again definitely

                Worst experience ever, we booked travels from redbus, rajlaxmi travels from udaipur to surat, it's looking like they brought bus from old scrap shop, it was full of mud and dust... I think redbus should do proper survey of their bus and than allowed it. We have told driver he told that we bring this bus in emergency so u have to tolerate that, or take refund! How rude they are

                  I want to complain about red bus.                     My name was rohit malakar, i had booked a bus ticket of msrtc from redbus on 3 nov 2019. The bus was about to arrive at 7:00 am i reached there before time and i waited for 1 hour but i could not get any reply. When i called the red bus customer service, you did not reply to me and did not send the bus number of the driver of the bus. So i lost my bus due to this and i did not get any information and my money was lost like this, due to this poor service, i need my refund back immediately. Due to this poor service, i lost about ₹ 8000 where i had to reach on time, if i could not reach there, then who will compensate for this loss of mine?

                    Either return me my full refund or i file fir in the name of red bus.

                      Hi redbus team,

                      Thanks for your continous support,

                      I have booked the ticket on 01/11/19 from "dhule to surat" for dated 02/11/19 at bus schedule time 10:15am.

                      The bus name is : msrtc parivahan night express

                      According to schedule, i reached to boarding point before 1 hr and wait for further 3:15 hrs. But bus has not came there and nobody has informed, no response from refbus team.

                      I lost my time, money, trust too for further booking.

                      Please arrange to refund my payment on priority and escalet the concern to avoid such inconveniences in future.

                        I wish to register a complaint against my last journey from puducherry to bengaluru. The details of the journey are mentioned below.

                        The bus met with an accident on nh44 at 3am. Further on, we were asked to find our own transportation and left stranded in the middle of the road. Redbus nor balaji cabs arranged other services. I kindly request you to refund the entire ticket money as we didn’t even complete the journey. I did try contacting your helpline number but i’m not getting any responses.

                              I am traveling to ahmedabad from indore in hk travel bus.
                              This bus is completely not a in a condition for passengers movement and can be used for goods carrying vehicle.
                              This bus is not at all hygienic, seats are in bad condition and same you can check in photos uploaded of seats.
                              I have paid 600 each per seat for 2 seats and got the bus in this condition inspite of paying so much of amt.
                              I am not able to breathe properly because of bed smell coming out from seats, curtain and flooring.
                              In this condition i can lost my or my family's health. Need complete solution on this.

                                My booking is acbus auriya to jaipur on 29th oct at 11.30 pm (Ticket id: tnbg62758832. After this bus operator called me your ac bus is canceled so bus operator gives an alternative option non ac bus so i denied the journey on 29 oct because the bus operator gives a non-ac bus which is not comfortable my journey. After this, i called redbus operator, i said bus canceled due to some reason, please refund the payment of this journey so your bus operator generate request id 11326211 at 2 pm, then after this, your redbus operator send me a message which is attached in this file

                                  Dear team, i have booked ticket via redbus from delhi to nainital and then back. But unfortunately the bus started from other location which is 8 kms away from the boarding point without any prior intimation. I was traveling with my parents who are senior citizens. I had to pay 200 rs extra for reaching that point. Secondly, the bus started at 12:00 am instead of 9:30 pm.

                                  On the return trip, i didn’t got a seat for 38kms from nainital as the bus was filled by other passengers by the driver. My parents were given the last seats of the bus. Moreover, when i asked the driver about this condition he advised me to book the seats directly from the counter otherwise there will be such kind of issues. When i called the bus operator they gave me lame excuse that my mobile was switched off. But i reached the spot well in time b4 the reporting time.

                                    I have traveled in anand travels booked through red bus ticket no tnbr81732667, seat no l4. Insurence id red[protected] from banglore to pune sleeper bus at 9.40 pm[protected]. Pick up from madiwala and then bus from kalasipalaya. I wore my riding jacket approx rupees 4500 kept money inside around 300-400 rupees. Once i entered inside the bus i removed my jacket and kept inside the seat and slept. I found jacket missing next day morning. 2 localites were sitting parrallel to l5 seat. Also wasn't available there when i found my jacket missing in the morning. It was after the tea break (After belgam i think). When i went to complaint the driver and helper said there wasn't any guys traveled in the seat. I checked the passengers list but can't find anyone in the mentioned seat. I am sure about the 2 unauthorized passengers present because they where staring at me initially and ask time in kannada and i replied i don't know your language in hindi when the bus started to move all these things can be checked through the cctv footage. Theses kind of bus staffs are allowing unauthorized people to travel the bus without ticket and risking the passers valuable belongings.

                                      Bus no. Is mh-o9-cv-0549. Without information bus gone to kolhapur and after come back to ichalkarangi. Most of the time we get different from whatever mention in redbus application.

                                      Hello,

                                      I have book tickets for gajanan travel through red Bus and i didn't received neither Bus number not Bus name, and the provided bus are uncomfortable no seats whatever who booked, Bus driver arranging seat according to him and threatening. Careless about driving.

                                        I tried to book 2 tickets using rebbus official site from pune to mahabaleshwar using amazon pay balance.
                                        The ticket is not booked, but amount 510rs deducted and recieved mail. Pfa, screenshot for error recieved.

                                        Kindly reimburse my lost money as soon as possible. Expecting a quick reply from you. Since this is my first booking experience in redbus i hope for a swift solution from your side.
