REFUND TICKET FAIR URGENTLY
To,
Dear Red bus team,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i booked online tickets through RedBus app on 6th June 2023 to travel from Tezpur to Jorhat on 7th June 2023 for 1 Member.

Payment was done through Fi card. After Payment transaction got a message stating Seat was not booked & Payment received successfully. You people failed to sent the Seat Booking message to me after receiving My Money

Here are the details of Transaction:

Merchant Name: www.redbus.in
Payment Mode Debit card:- Federal Bank
Amount ₹ 271.50
Transaction ID: S50292652

I hope provided info is ok, please do the needful ASAP.

I lost my urgent journey and money also

So kindly refund my ticket fair and compensation.
