[Resolved]  Redbus — No option for Ticket cancel or modify the date

Hello Team,

I’ve tried to reschedule the date on my ticket and My previous date is Aug Aug 30 unfortunately when I tried to reschedule it for Aug 31st unknowingly the app got hung when I checked out after my payment was done it’s showing Aug 24th that’s a trap and there is no cancellation option either no date modulation’s, it’s kind o[censored]nacceptable where someone paying more money.

Help me out with a refund or get me the ticket for Aug 30th back.
