[Resolved] Redbus — Not Provided Sleeping Seat though paid for sleeping seat

I am Dr. Amiya K Baul, my boarding from Durgapur City Centre to Ranchi on 29th June 2025 at 11.58 PM. But that bus late by near about 2 hours and at the same time that bus had no sleeping seat. That is why I had been faced lot of difficulties. That journey was with Green Line Services. As per your message Driver name was Robi Mondal, Conductor was Faizul Chaudhury (Mobile- [protected])
My complain is why I Pay much money?
Please do the needful.

As per my booking ticket in Green line Bus services my seat number was UB5, on 11.58 PM, 29 June 2025 from Durgapur, City Centre, West Bengal, but after waiting two hour a bus came and that bus had no sleeper option.
So I faced many troubles. Please refund my money as soon as possible and do the needful.
