[Resolved]  Redbus — Paid money but did not receive ticket

Hi Admin,

I have booked the ticket from Penang to Singapore traveling date 24 Dec 2022 for two passengers i.e. Kotchaphan Phoosit and Jariyada Jariyawattana by KKKL Express. Letting you know I haven’t received my ticket yet but my money deducted from my account.

My transaction details and additional information are given below ;

Name : KOTCHAPHAN PHOOSIT
Description : Redbus Payment
Transaction Date :[protected]:17:25
Amount : THB1269.62
Status : captured
Channel : KBANK_PayPlus

The above details captured and proceeded by MOL Payment.

I tried to contact your support team through chat but your site is saying to verify the number, but your site is not sending OTP to my number.

Kindly look into this on priority base. Please provide the respective ticket or refund my money.
