I checked yesterday bus fare on redbus during checking it I linked my Amazon account with it and they just completed my booking with my Amazon pay balance. They don't even ask me to pay via card/usi they just use my wallet balance and now they said we didn't provide you full refund of it they want to deduct 228 rupees but I want full refund because I don't want to book that ticket i just checking offer .and also now offline that ticket price is less so why would I choose redbus to book my ticket .

    Our Bus details from Pondicherry to Chennai on 29/10/2022 are PNR: UNI429340, Bus No: PY 02 S 4649, Driver details: Nishakan Att, [protected] .
    It was scheduled for 12.10, but till 1.15 not arrived. They want more time. It was not possible to stand 2-3 hours by a outsider, that to we are told the local people that their are always late by 3-4 hours.
    Now we have availed a Government bus to travel to Chennai.
    So, you are requested to refund the money and blacklist the particular bus.

        I had booked a bus ticket from Gurugram to Lucknow with ticket No. TRB[protected] which was eventually cancelled by the bus operator on 15.10.2022. However I have still not received the refund amount Rs. 2703.95/-. I have already taken up the matter with red bus but I have not got any positive response from their side.

          I booked my ticket on 7/10/2022 from Madurai to Chidambaram ticket no - TRB[protected] l cancelled my red bus ticket and refund initiated by red bus but till now refund amount not credited to my bank account. I contacted both red bus and my bank but no positive response seen. I feel red bus is the one to take it forward and resolve my issue, but I see very casual approach and no customer satisfaction behaviour. Even red bus ticket cancellation itself shows amount not credited to my bank but they say it’s already processed from their side and suggesting me to contact bank and get it resolved. The customer care executive behaviour was too bad.

            I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 7 October2022(Ticket number (TIN): TRB[protected]from Madura to Chidambaram for dated 11 October 2022 that tckt amount was 945/- Rs. and cancelled the ticket and got a cancellation message that 850/- refund amount will be credited within 5 days

            But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days

            Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money . please give me response as soon as possible.

              I had booked a bus from Indore to Bhopal on 22 Oct at 9:00 AM as I was scheduled to travel Bhopal to Hyderabad with my wife and my train was scheduled to depart at 17:05 PM from Bhopal and when I got ready to leave from Indore I received a message around 7:00 AM that bus is delayed by 2 hours so I reached the boarding point at 11:00 after waiting for some time I called the bus operator which is Verma Travels they said bus is delayed and will take more time so they have another bus that has two seating seats you can board the same even though I had booked ticket of sleeper class but I was ready to go in seating class and around 12 I board the alternative verma bus as instructed by operator after entering the bus I found only one seat available I told cleaner that it has only one seat he had no clue what do and was keep driving on I ASKED HIM TO EITHER PROVIDE THE SEAT OR STOP THE BUS AND DROP HE DROPPED ME AND MY WIFE 1.5 KM AWAY FROM OUR BUS BOARDING POINT AND ME AND MY WIFE HAD TO WALK BACK WITH LUGGAGE TO THE BOARDING POINT YOU DON'T BOOK SLEEPER CLASS TO SUFFER LIKE THIS. when I reached boarding point I called redbus they said the bus operator is not responding to them, when I called several time the red bus they said you can board the alternative option and we will resolve your issue. after 1 day I didn't receive any solution finally I had to cancel my plan to go to Hyderabad I am expecting 100% refund of not just only bus tickets but also the train tickets I had booked from bhopal to hyderbad and hyderbad to bhopal. and now 4 days red bus called me and said that they have investigated the matter with bus operator and the operator is saying I had boarded the journey which is completely false there investigation is not truthful I asked him to provide proves of claim that bus provider has given I have all the proves with that I could not take the journey as bus and seating was not available I had to cancel my train tickets I have screenshots of that and I also have screenshots of calls which made around 1: 00 AM. and I can provide all other proofs the red bus customer care was so unprofessional and rude.

                This is to inform you that I booked a ticket through RED BUS APP from Chandigarh to Delhi which was schedule to depart at 1700hrs from Chandigarh sector 17 bus stand.
                But when I reached at the counter for confirming the bus number I was told by the counter representative that the bus is cancelled and next bus will be at 2000hrs.
                Now sir I just want to know that why the cancellation message was not given to me earlier.
                Now at the last moment how I will reach to my destination in time.
                The Harrashment which iam facing now for that who will be held responsible.
                Sir I have to board a flight from delhi.
                If these types of things will happen from well known company then how we will trust.
                Sir kindly look into the matter on priority.

                    Yesterday we booked travels on red bus with name online go but at the boarding point this travels not come and shop operator said the travel which is come is the travel which is book, the name of travel is Adi travel which is non Ac and very pathetic, if this travel is not exist then why this travel is on redbus for booking. I am not travel from that bus coz that bus is not come to the spot, so request you to check this kind of spam from redbus to collect money and give a inconvenience to passengers.                       I had my journey today i.e., 22/10/22 at 10:30 PM from GURUgram to Lucknow. I reached the boarding point as mentioned but found nothing. Then the driver told me to arrive at another boarding point, I went there and stood there mindlessly. I tried CONTACTing the bus driver again but couldn't reach. I dialled the number mentioned in my ticket but it said "the number doesn't exist". I tried CONTACTing Red bus CUSTOMER CARE but in vein. Like what rubbish is this? Did I pay for this ###? This is the most pathetic bus service and I bloody hell want complete refund of my money. Useless serivce and useless employees. You guys are sick. Either do something about this or I'm filing an official compliant. This is a fair warning. DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY.

                        I booked the ticket (ticsket no.-TRBC[protected]through redbus app from Raigarh to Ranchi for the date 22/10/22 and time was 11:45pm.Today i get the Message from travel agent at 9:30pm that my bus departure timing is 10:30pm.Due to this time related issue I missed my bus and get stuck at the bus stand.

                          Highly frustrated!!!
                          I have used @redbus for the first time and I must say that it's the most unreliable service provider. I had booked a bus from Delhi to Mussourie and I was charged the amount for same, which was exorbitant given the pathetic quality of bus and it's service. On boarding, the bus denied service till service Mussourie and told us that they will provide the connecting bus for Mussourie without any extra charge. On reaching the Dehradun, they asked us to get down from the bus and denied any such promise of providing connecting bus till Mussoorie. On top of that, they did not even drop us to the point where the next bus for Mussourie could be found and so we had to pay extra there as well. So ultimately, we arranged the next bus till Mussoorie on our own. This is fraudulent misrepresentation, plain and simple, and it is no less than the offence of cheating!!!

                              I book tickit from dhariwal travels, pune to indore by red bus amount of 2940 /- ticket No :-TRBH69917699 bus No MP13P7741 my boarding point nigdi time 9:20PM
                              My bus miss due to your poor response poor service, I am many time call to driver how many time take to bus reach nigdi every time saying only 20min to 30min

                              I am waiting from 9:20PM to 11:30pm

                              On 11:30pm driver say bus not coming nigdi you come on nasik phata I give auto charge I am going nasik phata by auto but bus was not available there I am calling again he saying plz call to office bus is full

                              I am calling office he is also denied

                              I was alone on night on road I also I have loss many

                              the bus service is very poor

                              I hope you will take some action and do the needful as soon possible.

                                I am vikas mushra, Today[protected]
                                I book tickit from dhariwal travels, pune to indore by red bus amount of 2940 /- ticket No :-TRBH69917699 bus No MP13P7741 my boarding point nigdi time 9:20 PM
                                My bus miss due to your poor response poor service, I am many time call to driver how many time take to bus reach nigdi every time saying only 20 min to 30 min

                                I am waiting from 9:20 to 11:30

                                On 11:30 driver say bus not coming nigdi you come on nasik phata I give auto charge I am going nasik phata by auto but bus was not available there I am calling again he saying plz call to office bus is full

                                I am calling office he is also denied

                                I was alone on night on road I also I have loss many

                                the bus service is very poor

                                I hope you will take some action and do the needful as soon possible.

                                Plz provide my refund asap

                                  My bus was scheduled at 9.30 pm but got delayed by 4 hours. I got info about it being 3 hours late well before time. I had been waiting ad trying to contact the operator for 1 hour but neither bus operator not redbus could respond as there is no tracking system. Moreover, I got a call from Ramdev travels to board the bus from the other side of the road as it was completing its previous trip. There is no customer care service to listen to the grievance. Highly unprofessional service. Will never ever recommend it to anyone.

                                    My sister has booked tickets from Chennai to Hosur and this travel is for Diwali to my home at Hosur. She had booked through red bus and the travels was Bharathi travels. This was booked well in advance and suddenly we got a message that due to bus break down the tickets are cancelled. this was 4 to 5 days before Journey. How come this will happen, The respective company site is still listing the bus as per schedule in their website. If there is a breakdown well in advance the company has to arrange a suitable alternative . THis seems to be a cancellation fraud to make use of the Diwali tickets sale. Which is very much disappointing. We are not sure what control redbus has over this, but as a customer of redbus we are suffering by searching for tickets in other buses and spending more money . This is Absolute cheating and people will lose confidence on redbus as aggregator. This refund takes more than one week, which is not a Geniune reason as well.

                                      I have by mistake done ticket 1 hour early and I told driver to cancel bus but I didn't get any positive response even I made my cancellation protected by giving extra charge

                                        I would like to bring this to your notice that this bus operator sahil bus service is a fraud. First of all they changed bus departure time and place. Then they pressurised me to cancel that ticket. When i objected then they send me wrong location of changed pick up point. They made me roam for 40 minutes in noida by sending me wrong locations of bus pick up point. They changed it some 5 times. And finally when i reached at their pick up point they told me that the bus departed at 2:30 pm (which was supposed to depart from anand vihar at 4:00 pm). They sold my ticket to someone else at higher price. But since i was travelling with my mother and they knew we both were females so we will not be messing up with them they took undue advantage of that and made us wait for 3.5 hrs and we finally got a seat at 6:00 pm in some different bus with poor ammenities and the staff was so rude and misbehaving they dropped us at mid way not at the site of dropping point. It was so difficult to get a ride from there. This was the worst journey of my life. If all this was done in your knowledge then nothing can be more disappointing. And i[censored] realise this then do the needful and black list such bus mafia nexsus. I would share u the contact details of bus operator

                                        They were arrogant and verbally abusive also to the people who objected their fraud. They were charging extra money also on top of ticket fare. There were people who paid the price of ticket but still they did not get any seat and theu were asked to give extra 400 rupees to get a stool so that they can atleast sit on the stool in between compartments. These illiterate goons should be stopped
