Ticket Numbers: TK2Q[protected] Bangalore to Pondy 27 Jan 2017 10:30 pm departure TK2Q[protected] Pondy to Bangalore 29 Jan 2017 10:30pm departure I have booked 3 seats through Red Bus from Bangalore to Pondy and back as per the details above. I would like to cancel i seat (15L) . I tried calling various numbers available on net and I was told partial cancellation is not possible. Ticket id-TK2Q26849927, TK2Q75295777 Upon checking, we see that the partial cancellation is not allowed for this ticket from the bus operator. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the ticket. RedBus partial ticket cancellation
I have booked these 2 tickets for 3 person. But due to medical emergency 1 person is not coming. There is no option of partial cancellation. There is no personal response from red bus helpline. Even IRCTC like govt portal provide partial cancellation. Why redBus could not provide partial cancellation for 1 passenger on both ticket. Looking forward for resolution.
