I have booked 3 seats through Red Bus from Bangalore to Pondy and back as per the details above. I would like to cancel i seat (15L) . I tried calling various numbers available on net and I was told partial cancellation is not possible.

Can you please cancel this seat and refund

RedBus partial ticket cancellation
I have booked these 2 tickets for 3 person. But due to medical emergency 1 person is not coming. There is no option of partial cancellation. There is no personal response from red bus helpline. Even IRCTC like govt portal provide partial cancellation. Why redBus could not provide partial cancellation for 1 passenger on both ticket. Looking forward for resolution.
