I have booked my ticket bhusawal to mumbai yesterday 525 deducted from account no ticket received and now they are not ready to refund my money Today also i tried to book fresh ticket bhusawal to mumbai again same thing happened 475 deducted and no ticket And now they are saying that they haven't received any payment. Bus is cancelled by bus operator by call. Red bus is not update me any information of cancellation. I have mailed and raised a complaint many times.Now I want refund but red bus do not reply .

I booked a ticket on redBus on 25 june 1200 money deducted from my account.
But ticket no confirmed .I thought transactions issue and paid agin for same ticket this time also money deducted but ticket not confirmed. If call customer care they are saying payment not received. Please go through this matter and refund my money .
