I would like to inform u that the app red bus doesn’t work properly or give the right details... I have a booking today (26/9/2019) mumbai to pune @7:30 am. I was waiting for the bus at the stop when i checked the status of the bus on the app it said that the bus had already crossed the point then i tried calling the bus conductor but the phone was busy continuously for about 40 mins so i decided to book another bus of around 8:00am but then the 7:30am bus showed up at 8:15 am at the stop but according to the app it was already on way to pune. Then after taking the bus i asked the conductor why he didn’t call back or respond to the calls his reply was i was busy talking to my family i tried asking him about the time he said u should have waited whatever happens. I am very disappointed with the service from your app (Red bus). I would like a refund or some satisfactory response for the bus ticket i booked becz of the false details provided by the app.
I will attach both the tickets to provide the prove if you want.

    13/12/18 ticket was not booked & refund of rs.765 not done to my bank account from where amount was deducted till date, several mails & complaint given to redbus but no proper response from red bus banker want mail from redbus but they are not sending mail they are only taking complaint but not resolving.

      I have booked ticket in red bus from bangalore to tirupati. Given boarding time is 10:30 pm. But the bus arrived at 9:40 pm 45 minutes earlier than boarding time. I got a call from driver and he asked me to come fast as they are waiting for me. As i am in bangalore it is difficult to reach on time. As per my convenience i booked ticket for that time. But these people are asking me to come early.

        I booked ticket from coimbatore to chennai in sm travels and my board point is vadavalli and my boarding time is 8.30 pm. I didn't received drivers contact number.. I reached my boarding point by 8.28. At that time i didn't noticed that bus have crossed my boarding point as i am not aware of driver number.. I tried to contact sm travels office number but they didn't picked the call.. Then after some times they picked the call.. They asked me to contact owner.. I contacted owner he asked to take a auto to reach gandhipuram. I was about to start from vadavalli at that time driver called me and said that the bus is going to start from gandhipuram and he asked me not to come and board in the next bus.. Again i called owner he asked me to board in next bus but that bus will not reach my destination.. So i need refund amount as this is not my mistake..

        SM travels owner asked me to take a cab from tambaram to my desired dropping point and the owner have informed the driver to give me money for the cab.. Driver also gave me the money for the cab... I am very thankful for the owner for the timely help and his kind behaviour..

I have reached the said destination by 9.15p.m. The staff available asked me to wait for the arrival of the bus. I have contacted the said numbers to get information for bud details but in vain. No phone could accessible except [protected], the staff also informed me that he was on leave. Under circumstances, I has contacted customer care, but I am not able to get any bus to go to Salem. I was stranded at the bus stand. Finally, staff available at the shop informed me the bus is cancelled, if relief to contact customer care. I made a complaint.

              My ticket has not conformed on journey of 10th sept 2019, but payment done. i got msg that money will be refunded to my account. but refund is to my wallet and not to my bank account. i dont want to use wallet so i want my money transferred to my bank account.

                The refund for amount rs 4972.5/- has been initiated from our end on 19th august 2019.

                It is really hard time for me to get back the refunds of my money against the cancellation.

                Am not able to connect anybody on two no. Provided by you people i. E.[protected] &[protected].

                I have tried more then 100 time to connect on these no. & luckily 4-5 time could able to talk with people like shandhya, haseena & others & committed to get refund in 7 working days based on following mail for refund initiation.

                After almost a month after cancellation, am still awaiting for my refund.

                  Two tickets were booked in laxmi travels via red bus for journey from udaipur to kuchaman. But recieved no response from laxmi travels. No bus details were given in the ticket.                     I had booked bus tickets from red bus (Maheshwaram travels) from nainital to new delhi (Ticket no. Tn9c[protected]. Departure date 02 september 2019, wherein just 1 hour before the travel i got the message of cancellation of bus due to vehicle breakdown. I have not got the refund of inr 2418 till date. Red bus app does not show any status of refund. Please help me get the refund from red bus. Thank you.

                    Our bus is standing in gurgaon from last 2 hrs and as bus AC has blown off and no body from Charu travels knows how long will it take.

                    I need my entire refund back as I have booked my hotel already in udaipur and scheduled other programs.

                      I have booked ticket from bangalore to vijayawada on 19th aug 2019 from mobile number [protected], ticket number: tn9g67853127. And cancelled ticket on 29 aug 2019 amount of rs 4271 supposed to refund but not yet credited. Its very bad to experience from red bus. Please do needful. They shouldn't make customers get tensed of losing money. Next time definitely i can't go with red bus and neither recommend this if it's not refunded we have to face a lot.

                        Money was deducted from my account but no tickets were given. I have recieved the below message but not yet recieved the money after 15 working days

                        "your refund request of rs 1333.00 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days."

                            I booked a ticket from chennai to madurai for 12th september, 2019. I was trying to pay through phonepe (Upi) and amount of rs.855/- has been debitted from my account but the ticket booking page shown "error" and ticket was not booked.

                            The debitted amount also not yet refunded.

                              Hi team,
                              On dd/mm/yy i had hired a bus through your redbus application with booking id:xxxx
                              Unfortunately the bus which was provided to us for our trip to coorg had several problems which i have mentioned below along with the consequences we had to face
                              1. I had booked a 21 seater wherein i was provided with a 12+1seater registered bus (Photo attached with number plate details)
                              Because of which we were stopped at multiple points by cops and were fined for the same.
                              2. The condition of the bus was pathetic and extremely dissatisfying with broken parts and damaged seats.
                              Because of which one of the passenger was injured.
                              3. The braking system of the bus had flaws in it and we had to stop in between to fix it
                              Due to which there was a delay in travel and moreover all of our lives were put at risk.
                              4. The road tax of the bus which was provided was not up to date because of which we had to bare that expense as well to move forward.
                              5. The driver himself had admitted that the condition of the bus isn't good because of which he can't gain an average speed of 80kmph itself on the highways.
                              Because of the delay we were not able to reach the destination as planned and had to face a lot of losses in terms of time and money.
                              All the above factors resulted our trip which was actually intended to be fun into a risky and exhausting one.
                              I wanted to bring these factors to your attention during the travel however when i tried contacting your customer service multiple times, it was routed to the incorrect dept and the agent said there could be an issue with the ivr and assured me a call back in an hour, which apparently i didn't receive.
                              In spite of all these i was charged with hill charges xxx which was not disclosed in prior.
                              To resolve this problem i would appreciate a proper compensation or a money back.
                              In closing, i would like to reiterate that i am extremely dissapointed with the poor conditions of the bus which put the lives of 21 passenger's at risk and in the way the customer service handled my issues. I would hope that this practice does not continue. If i cannot resolve this issue through reasonable channels, i will be forced to find alternate solutions to recieve the compensation.
                              I sincerely hope that we can work out this matter, however, if the solution is not provided within this weekend, i will be forced to take legal action and relay my experience with to my friends and my corporate connect's.

                                I have booked bus via red bus app from kalyan to kolhalur dated 10/09/2019
                                Bus timing was 9.30 p. M. But bus came 15 mins early so i had to change pick up location to pendharkar college. It was prior informed to co person with driver. I was waiting for bus for almost 1 hr, after that i came to know that bus left pendharkar college without informing. I have not received any call from travels. To catch the bus i had to get another cab, which cost me rs. 150.00. Bus driver & his co - person is refusing to pay. I need refund for this pathetic service.

                                  I booked the ticket online from Mumbai to dapoli on 9 th September 2019 at 9.30 from gundavli pick up stop before catching bus I also confirmed the ticket and status they gave me positive confirmation..but the gaurishankar bus conductor told us that your ticket is been cancelled and try to contact customer care I contacted the customer care he told me that he has raised the concerned and redbus will try to contact us in 72 hrs but I didn't got any message from redbus ...

                                  I hope you will try to resolve my issue ASAP

                                    I booked my ticket from chandigarh to sikar on 12 th of june. And cancelled it on next day and opted for refund. Its been 3 months and i didn't get my money back. The amount was 1350. This service sucks. I also requested in help section but nothing happened. My req id is 10390948. 3 months is a long time and after asking for refund so many times they didn't responded. I want my refund back.

                                        I book a ticket of red bus, kiran travels, ticket no tna[protected], from ranchi govt bus stand to dhanbad, date 8th sept 2019, departure time 14.30. But there was no kiran travel bus at ranchi gvt bus stand, and no bus of kiran travel departed from ranchi govt bus stand on 8th sept 2019 at 14.30. I contacted customer care of kiran travels, they told me to come patel chawque. I was not in a position to come patel chawque
                                        So i did not get any bus of kiran travel at 14.30,, 8th sept 2019, ranchi govt bus stand.
                                        Pl return my money (Rs 277.5) as no bus departed/ available at proper time on above mentioned date.
                                        I did not travel with that bus, as no bus departed from that place.
                                        Pl return my money and answer me why it was not informed me earlier about cancellation of that bus from particular places.
