[Resolved]  Redbus — Payment has been done but ticket not received

I booked a ticket in redbud app from Coimbatore to Chennai on 07/09/21 via phone pey the amount is debited from my account and the transaction was completed but I didn't get the ticket, when I asked about this issue in red bus they said the payment is not done, i need a refund for the ticket
