I booked sleeper seat
but it was not alloted to me as i am a old woman i was not comfortable with my journey and also the staff was very rude and did not respond to my complaint.

So i want my money back as the services promised was not offered

please resolve this issue as eaery as possible

    Address: Assam,jorhat,fancy ali

    Tried to book two tickets TQ9D65483554, TQ9D13107943 thru Redbus in 16 aug 2021 amount INR-630/569.99 got debited from my account but the ticket has not been booked. I got the below mail from redbus on refund, but nothing happened till today. I called customer support multiple times and getting the same response that it will credited in next 5-7 days and nothing happened.

      I booked 2 tickets from Red Bus (Sundesha travels) for the journey Kolhapur-Hospet at 1am which were cancelled by the travels itself on 15th August. Travel operator said that tickets has been cancelled by him but still not received a refund of 2990₹ even after 7 days of cancellation from Red Bus.

        All wrong information given to public while booking the ticket, Booked ticket No. 967RU7G7 (trxn No. [protected]) from Mathura to Lucknow for journey on 23.08.2021 AC service paid Rs. 1178/-. Boarding point given - Mathura Bus Stand, Time of departure- 4:30 pm, time of arrival at Lucknow- 10:30 PM by operator Krishna city connect seat No. 9. I reached Mathura bus stand at 4 pm, then I was asked by mob. [protected], to reach at Yamuna Express way (about 15 kms away) to board the bus, reached 4:25 pm, then I was asked to wait at Govardhan Dhaba. the owner of Dhaba informed me that the bus comes here after 7:30 pm. I contacted Red bus Mob. [protected] and informed the fact, the operator took Mobile [protected] on conference call who told that bus will reach by 6 pm & I was provided Mob no. [protected] of the Bus Driver. After 6 pm I contacted the driver who could not tell the expected time of arrival at Mathura. then I again contacted Red Bus - Mob. [protected] at 6:10 pm, who who was helpless, saying sorry for inconvenience. after that I received a call that from Gorakh dham bus operator mob. [protected] that board the bus on Yamuna Express way, they will not come down on link road, I had to obey the order, since I had already paid Rs.1178/- . Red bus must have shifted my journey from operator Krishna city connect to Gorakh dham bus operator, after my verbal complaint. I boarded the bus (UP53ET2767) at 6:45 pm. I had to stand in the bus for about 15 minutes, since the bus has only 8 sitting seats and my seat number was -9. However seeing my age being senior citizen they provided me a seat later on. This was the worst journey in the bus in my life. AC was not working, bus was full of laborer's travelling from Noida to Patna. Condition of bus was not worth for travelling. It would have been better to travel in a normal non-ac bus o[censored]PRTC.

        Two other passengers who got down at Lucknow informed me that they paid Rs. 600/- each from New Delhi to Lucknow, but service in not worth. I realized that I have been looted by Redbus, my journey was quite less (about half) but I paid about double amount (Rs 1178) of co-passengers.

        My complaint is that (1). correct time & correct boarding point should be displayed by the bus operators so that others should not suffer like me and (2). the excess amount charged by red bus from me must be refunded.

        Refer to above complaint, correct time & correct boarding point has not been displayed by the bus operator so far & no refund has been made against the huge amount charged by Red Bus service for providing me comfortable Air Conditioned journey in Krishna city connect starting from Mathura Bus Stand at 4.30 pm, but forced me to travel with bus of Gorakh dham operator, which started at 6.45 pm from changed boarding point i.e. Yamuna Express way (15 Kms away from bus stand, given boarding point). AC in the bus was not working & people travelling from Delhi to Bihar were all sweating. Journey was worst, since windows also could not be opened.

          Respected Sir/Madam,
          I had my bus ticket booked with Red Bus and the transport was Intercity Smart Bus Number -Nil (not reflected in the ticket), Driver's Contact- N A, scheduled from the Boarding Point of Nausad Chauraha at Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Date of Journey- 20/08/2021 timing at - 6:30 P.M.
          I waited from 06:00 P.M. to 09:00 P.M. at the mentioned address but bus did not arrive and i was bound to move with another bus by getting ticket on the spot.Unfortunately there was no any means to communicate over phone.
          I, therefore request you to please consider the problem created by the company which caused mental and physical harassment for me. The said company has to refund as soon as possible and the communication should be upto the mark.

            Redbus always support transporter, least bother about passengers, leave you unsafe in midnight without any information.
            For any reason of transporter if you miss the bus the are responsible.

                          I must share this publicly. This app is so bad that after the booking the same day, the travel guy called and informed me that the bus had been canceled, and then I got the refund. Getting a refund is not a big deal. It's not any favor the company is doing. The next day again I booked the ticket for the same and then the next day when I called the bus driver and the red bus given person number, after a discussion they told me only two bookings had been made for the day still the bus will leave from the boarding point to destination. It was a matter of a female from my family who was traveling. They told me to cancel if I don't feel so or am scared about it. I canceled the ticked it showed a Non-refundable cancellation policy. I mean, what the hell. Are you just earning by these wicked things? Don't you have any positive way to handle your customers and make them happy. Also, I am a regular customer who is always using RedBus app for any booking. We can't even reach them as they have automated dialing recording customer service. What if a customer wants to call and explain things from his side. Not able to get to the customer care since morning. This was the last time I booked from the Redbus app. I need my refund of 700 no matter what—such a shame Redbus.

                              I booked a ticket from chennai to Ponamaravathi on 31st July 2021, ticket was not booked but amount was debited, but I have not received refund amount. Ref no:[protected].

                              Its almost 11 days still there is no refund from Red Bus.
                              Received a call from Red bus that the ticket was booked so there will be no refund. When i informed them that i have a screenshot of "ticket could not booked". They just hanged the phone saying that they will get back.

                                I booked ticket on redbus (21st july )for travelling from belgaum to mumbai on 25th july . The bus operator cancelled the bus . My ticket booked amount was 2389.98 /- .till now i didnt get any refund i contacted my bank even they are saying it has not come . Please solve this issue as soon as possiblc.

                                Till now i didn't receive refund amount and some reply i got from red bus customer care saying that they have provided invalid mail id. Im trying to send mail but its not going because of invalid mail id. Please try to solve this problem as soon as possible . It is almost 1 month from cancelling the bus ticket from operator.

                                    I tried to booked a ticket on 31st July 2021 from Chennai to ponamaravathy. The amount was debited and the ticket was not booked. Till now i have not got my refund. I have shared the screen shot of the same.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    We booked a ticket from Tanuku to Hyderabad on 08.08.2021 at 9.45 PM. After reached Hyd, we requested driver (Mr.Sridhar) to stop the Bus at ESI Bus Stop. Instead of stopping at ESI Bus stop he stopped the bus after bus stop and he yelled on us like drunken person and used sudden brakes while getting down from the bus. We are the passengers of 4 Members and two Kids (3 and 4 Years) with Luggage faced an issue to catch another bus to reach our destination. The driver's attitude is not at all good on passengers as our request is only to stop the bus on ESI Bus stop.

                                      I tried to boo the ticket on 7th Aug for 12th Aug. Journey between Peravurani to Chennai 3 tickets. Money has been removed from my account but no confirmation from redbus rs.2200. On 8th The bus operator called me for the trip since they mentioned that the ticket was booked for 8th evening 8:15PM.
