Journey was scheduled for surat to nasik city
A single ladies was traveling from surat to nasik
Bus operators did not reach the destination nasik and left the single ladies helpless on road near dhule highway
So we request to take appropriate actions on Red bus and the bus travel agency B R travels

A single ladies was traveling.
Bus did took the passenger to the he destination nasik and left the single passenger on road near dhule without any help

Hii sir.
I have one ticket booked for my cusin. From banglore to palakkad. At the time of payment the amount will be debited from my account but the payment has been failed. I am trying several times to contact redbus cutomercare and grievanceofficer but not get any response. I need refund my amount....

Refund Not processed

Hello sir/madam.I booked my ticket 23.22021 from the destination tirunelveli to vellore on (25.2.2021) through the redbus.They received my payment but they can't confirmed my ticket. Also they mentioned refund has been initiated in to my wallet account within 5-7 bank working days. Already 2 months gone.. still the payment was not received in to wallet / bank account. I'm so disappointed. I need my amount back rupees.650 immediately. Please...

We booked red bus service janrath . Our boarding point was anand vihar bus terminal. Our time of boarding was at 4:00pm on 21 april 2021. We were waiting in Boarding point from 3:30 pm on 21 April 2021. We waited till 4:08 pm and called the contacts which were provided by Redbus. A person asked details and said that Bus has been cancelled and there isn't any alternate arrangements. So it was expected Atleast a prior information...

Very very worst service.
3am clock sri Bhakyalashmi Travels bus is breakdown nobody pick my call. And also I paid extra amount in another bus my self only take a bus...

The bus was cancelled by the operator but redbus is refusing to payback my money

i have booked a ticket for my brother and his friend in redbus for the journey on 12/04/2021
on that day the bus was not operated
The bus management said that the bus is not going to operate because low quantity of passengers
so the passenger (VijayKumar and Arulprakash) picked a rental car to reach chennai because they have flight that day night to go for dubai.
Now i complained many times...

Refund amount not yet received

I booked a ticket from Salem to Chennai on 6/4/2021 at 11.55 PM through SRT Travels. That ticket was cancelled by bus operator due to bus break down. I got the notification as the refund initiated. But, that amount was not received through any mode. The amount will be 349.65. Pls help me to get my refund amount....

We are Booking for 2 sleeper seats from guntur to kothagudem but you didn't give sleeper seat
