Dear sir My name is srinivasan from chennai, last nov 02nd i have booked ticket from chennai thirunallar, but bus operator dropped me at karaikal, distance 5 km So i went to thirunallar by taxi and i have spent rs.450/- Lot of bus services available for karaikal, i am never choosing universal travels but i am choosing that the reason for it gose via thirunallar. So please take this a serious issue, please remove the destination thirunallr. Please refund my taxi fare. Note. This is my 4 or 5 complaint for the same issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have booked redbus ticket after i immediately cancelled the ticket but redbus charges me from 60rs for cancellations, this is invalid no private company can charges high amount of fine. I need back my cash from redbus . My paytm number is [protected]
