I recharged my mobile [protected] with 110 using my redbus wallet on date of incident:03/09/2018. But my transaction failed. My account. My account Mailid : [protected]@gmail.com. Please refund my amount. Description: we're sorry, your bsnl recharge for [protected] has failed. Rs 110. Will be refunded with in 7 business days. Both happened on 21 st march. I have attached some pictures for proof, as well as I have contact the customer support who promised me that they will refund, but till date I have not got any refund. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
