Redbus — RedBus - 2400 Looted | Bus Didn't Arrive | No Refund or Support

I booked 5 tickets worth ₹2400 from RedBus for a UPSRTC bus scheduled at 1:00 PM. We reached the boarding point by 12:30 PM, but the bus never arrived. We waited for hours. No information was given. Tried calling customer care, but no one responded.

RedBus called us later and promised resolution within 24 hours, but it’s been more than that—no refund, no help, nothing.

This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Either initiate a full refund immediately or arrange our return tickets for 17th June.

Strict action should be taken against such fraud.

Updated by Aditya Acker I want my refund as soon as possible or arrange a ticket of AC bus from Haridwar to Dehradun on 17 june 2025 night. Surely..
And this will be my last complaint as a letter if this ignored I will take a serious action and you will be responsible for that
