[Resolved] Redbus — redbus - money gone while booking via tez app, ticket not generated | |||||
Hi, i booked ticket for two adults from trivandrum to bangalore (Travel date 26 may 2018) in orange ac sleeper bus via tez app... Ticket cost was rs 4000... While booking, i got msg saying that money is debited from account, but ticket not generated... While payment ongoing, i got popup saying that error occurred, money is gone from the account... On checking tez, i see that money is paid to redbus and payment was successful... Could you please help me? I had to book ticket again... I lost 4000 rs..
