Redbus — RedBus Ticket - TH5P[protected] Fraudaulent travel booking & Pathetic Service

I Saket Priyadarshi have been booked tickets of to & fro journey of Mumbai -> Mahabaleshwar ->Mumbai and Hotels Booking along with taxi booking for site seeing.Details as below which was booked through RedBus on 23rd April: Travels Bus RedBusTicket No. PNR no Date Of journey To & Fro Location Reporting time Departure time Supreme Travels Volvo A/C Multi TH5P78882254 G8KRTRM Friday, April 24, 2015 Mumbai Mahabaleshwar 10:55 PM 11:10 PM Axle Sleeper(2+1) KRSNA Travels A/C Sleeper (2+1) TH5P[protected]-45138 Sunday, April 26, 2015 Mahabaleshwar Mumbai 09:15 PM 09:30 PM KRSNA Travels A/C Sleeper (2+1) TH5P[protected]-45181 Sunday, April 26, 2015 Mahabaleshwar Mumbai 09:15 PM 09:30 PM I am very very unhappy to inform you that the RedBus Ticket No. - TH5P78882254 Bus Operator Supreme Travels Volvo A/C Multi Axle Sleeper(2+1)had been changed without inform us prior to my journey. Kindly find below details and timing at when bus operator acts. Sequence on 24 April Night before reach to boarding point and after reached boarding point- 1: - 10:04 PM - I called at[protected]/ 28958833/ [protected] which are mentioned at RedBus eTicket then I came to know bus has been changedSupreme Travels to Modern- Vigneshwar having bus No. (MH-04-G-8930) and Driver Name Atul (Mob - [protected]).Then I called on Atul num person and asked me to call at Pappuana (Mob - [protected]). After I called came to know that my bus operator name changed to Modern- Vigneshwar bus service. After that I got 1st Msg from AD-STSELR service provider with same above information. So I reached to my boarding point at 10:50 PM. 2:- 11:05 PM – Again got another SMS from DM-SWAMI service provider and contain is – Dear Mr. SANKET, your PNR:28036702 JOURNEY: Mumbai to mahabaleshwar Seat : U19, U 20 Date :[protected]:10 PM Pickup:rabale police chowki is booked. Board Bus : MH 11 9867, Pickup Man : Mr Alam (Mob - [protected]) Thanks You Swami Travels. So I was tried to contact above Alam num to figure it out what was issued but not get success till 11:37 PM…my bus departing time was 11:10 PM only. So situation was I stood on Highway with my family (2 yr age kid). 3: 11:41 PM : Again I got another SMS from AD-SUPREM service provider and contain is – Dear customer your bus no is MH-4-H-8930 please report before 15 minutes at your selected pickup location. Pickup man no. [protected]/[protected]. So I called at above number find new driver number – [protected] at 11:49 PM. So finally I came to know one bus is coming which will pick me next 5 min…. This 5 min became 26 min at highway and bus came at 12:03 AM on 25th Apr, 2015. So at my B’day 25 Apr with my family I was stood at highway till 12:03 AM in suspicious condition whether my bus will come or not. Finally, one bus of swami travels having bus No- MH 11 T 9867 came and unfortunately driver and conductor both don’t know about my birth number. A bit surprises for me My bus Supreme Travels (Volvo A/C Multi Axle Sleeper(2+1) having berth Number A5/6 (FIRST UPPER FIRST LOWER SHHET) changed to Modern- Vigneshwar then Modern to SWAMI (TATA Bus without Air suspension and berth at last sleeper berth U 19/20 where one AC duct was not working). One more imp point to note here sliding gate o[censored]19/20 Berth (which is maintain AC temperature) was partially broke. I took this pics inside the sleeper (please see attachment for the same[protected].25.29.jpg,[protected].25.35.jpg,[protected].25.40.jpg,[protected... So I requested for another sheet so conductor connected me another guy “RAJESH” on call. This guy directly said we have only this sheet or otherwise u can get down here or call your service provider (RedBus) asked for your refund.. I called RedBusat around 12:25 AM on 25Apr but not got luck to connect you. So I was continue my journey with same bus with berth bcz my all other subsequent plan which is mentioned above also effected where I done all prior transactions for i.e. Hotels booking, Taxi booking for site seeing etc. In brief bus operator changes the type of bus from Volvo AC to Tata AC and reach at boarding point 12:03 AM (25th Apr) in place of 11:00 PM (24th Apr). This is too much, how can they change my bus type without inform us. It is a clear case of misuse of my ticket by concerned person, who must have board me on another bus and allotted my seat to some current passengers who paid good cash(because I had seen SUPREME travels AC sleeper bus in between the journey at different point and final destination point at MAHABALESHWAR). It is a clear case o[censored]n professional behavior and sold our tickets which is an act of serious contravention of rules – which has affected us. Please look into the matter and request to consider my case to find the facts and RedBus will refund me the admissible amount. In the light of the above facts/statements, I once again request you to please look into the matter and request the concerned Authority to consider my case to find the facts and refund me the admissible amount.
