Redbus — Refund amount not received

Bus ticket was booked for my friend from chennai to madurai and due to change of plans I cancelled the ticket. The refund amount was inisiated but not yet receive into my upi account. The refund amount is Rs. 1181.3/-. The ticket was cancelled a day prior to the trip as well. Kindly look into it and let me know the update.

And there is no refund portal for checking the status and proper customer care service for redbus to contact them and know the refund status.
