Redbus — refund amount still not received

I booked a ticket from delhi to kanpur on 6th june, 2019. Journey date was 8th june and ticket was cancelled on 7th june, 2019. Redbus told me that the amount refunding has been processed. Now how much processing time will it take?? If it is going to take a decade then please specify so that i can dodge a complaint and sue such bad service providers who take such things lightly. Ticket number is tn[protected] and pnr number is[protected].

Please resolve this asap.

Updated by Himani2206 I still haven't received my amount and I do made a inquiry with my respective bank. They said if the transaction amount had come why would they not clear. They haven't received any such transaction request. Please do look into this issue as I told earlier, it might take decades to get refunded. Thanks in advance..
