Hi Team,

I booked ticket in KVR TRAVELLS from gopalapuram to lingampally (Hyderabad) but driver stopped the bus before 3 stops (Miyapur)and asked me to get down saying this is last stop. But I booked ticket till lingampally, I don't what this kind of answer and how redBus is supporting this kind of travels. When asked with bus driver he saying we are informed to drop till this point from owner.

redBus need to take a serious action on this.

My refund amount is not credited in my account has been nearly a month
my ticket numbers are TN[protected] and TN[protected] amount rs 2805 and 747 ticket fares respectively still my before cancelled tickets are also not refunded yet please credit refund amount quickly as soon as possible .

    We have booked tickets from hyderabad to Pune on 30th April thru Redbus app - ticket number tn5u54610751. seats L11 and l12.but prior to travel, the bus agent called me and told me that the bus has ben cancelled/broke down and told us to rebook it with other bus and this ticket will be cancelled and full refund will eb given along with insurance claim as i also paid for insurance for this trip.

    Total booking amount 3190 and we also oped for the insurance.

    so we preponned the travel and booked the tickets again for 29th April for the same passenger names. (ticket number tn5v[protected] and they told me the refund process in progress and will get the refund for the previous bought tickets in 3 to 7 days. to may surprise I received 2000 and deducted cancellation charges. I sent 10's of mails but no response. Through app I also sent 10 of follows up but no response and they jus closing my complain saying resolved and finally they also removed all my complaint from the app and mails to [protected]@redbus.in gets failed.

    when I checked online they doing this for most fo the people randamonly and making tonnes of money from innosent travellers. Kindly lodge a complaint and help me with justice with penalty so that they don't repeat this trick.

    I demand 25000 damages charges for their irresponsible behaviours and also the pain given to me last 2 months follow ups, calls mails etc.

      Today I have booked travels ticket from Nanded to Pune. As per listing bus name is Prasanna Limra Liner. However after booking ticket, I got message from travels company that it is HKGN travels and not prasanna. I know that HKGN travels service is pathetic and I didnt want to go ahead with same. When I called Prasanna travels, they said that "they have already informed about correcting travels details however it is mistake from Redbus amd you need to contact with redbus."
      Then I called redbus,
      for 1st time, redbus customer care didnt helped me and started telling that if you want to cancel ticket, he will cancel same ane there will be cancellation charges which i didnt wanted to bear. Later on he cut the call.
      For 2nd time, some lady picked up call, call was on hold for 10 minutes and after she told that her supervisor will call me in next 30 minutes.
      Now its been 10 hours now that I havent received any call from anyone from Redbus.

      They are misguiding people with wrong listing and later on not ready to accept there mistake.

        The pricing in bus booking platforms are very high on Fridays and sundays. This kind of predatory pricing will make consumers picket empty. These kind of platforms include redbus and abhi bus. There needs to be some kind of regulation against such practices. The transport industry has to set fixed prices for buses or at least specify a range in which fare cna be determined. Using of such fares will not enable passengers who has low income to not afford travel for medical and other essential things. Thanks

        We tried calling you but there was no response from your end. As per my complaint, when I attempted the transaction, money was deducted from my account but the ticket was not issued. This occurred due to a technical error bank’s end.
        However, I have not received this amount in our redBus account.

          Booked a ticket from Redbus of Kanker Roadways for 2nd May from Hyderabad to Nagpur. Kanker roadways cancelled the bus and we were supposed to get whole fee back. Kanker roadways says they forwarded refund to Redbus yet we haven't recieved the amount back. And also RedBus website says its success. There's no responsible authority to contact to at Redbus
          There's no working helpline number of RedBus too.

          Red bus providing the worst services to the customer even they can't refund my monies as per their policies. Even I wait for 10 days I have not received the funds
          I reserved bus from Jai shri ganesh yatra co. from your website. The agency's bus hasn't arrived yet. They made me sit in another bus but they are not allowing them to move and not providing them with the chart. It's the most horrible bus service.

            but the Redbus support exexcutive marked the issue as resolved.

            And there is one more issue, RedBus executive was asking for debit card details, when denied the person used abusive language and disconnected the Call.

              The charger socket is not not working, but that is small issue the sec and big isssue in which water is leaking from ac so that couldn't sleep that night. What benefits are there to travel with Patel tours travels after charging high prices of tickets. Is this a kind of service you provide to your customers. Very bad experience.

              I had booked from Bangalore to gadag on Jun 2. My transaction ID is S1906011515197386977360 made via phone pe. Money got deducted 715 rs. But ticket didn't received. So red bus said it will be credited 5 working days, , now it is been 11 days, I am going for lawyer now, my phone number is [protected]

                I booked a ticket from Koyambedu to Udankudi in Redbus mobile application fir 7th June 2019.For some reasons I cancelled my ticket on 5th June 2019.                     I am Ramesh Kumar Dubey booked valvo ac sleeping 2 tickets on 2 June 2019, on the red bus app search bus Delhi to buxar, they show 52 km near by bus service jagdishpur, I booked amount deducted from my account .
                    After discussion with the Akash travel they say we not provide the service of Bihar (buxar or near by 52 any location).
                    We rage the complain in red bus they sad you get refund of amount.

                    Now he is Denny for refund.

                        I had booked bus tickets for 2 persons in Madhavi Travels on 11/06/2019 from Trivandrum to Angamaly. My 1st transaction was made through CSB debit card which got failed but money was deducted from the account.The second transaction was successful. I request you to kindly do the needful for refunding d money deducted in the first transaction

                          Traveller : Shree khurana Travels
                          Date of Journey : 11-June-2019

                          Purpose of Compaint : (1) Refund of amount as Khurana Travel not completed the travel to the destination as booked in the Ticket - They stopped the bus 40-50 km before destinaytion due to break-down (2) Not taken care for immediate arrangement for the passengers (3) Improper Maintenance of Busses for long travel which led to break down (3) very important.. No caring & support to the passengers/customers for taking them immediately to the destination.

                          Vide above ticket, travelled from Hyderabad to Indore. It is terrible journey and they have not completed the journey for the amount they charged. the following are the problems :

                          1) Bus delayed/reached very late than the schedule time at suburbs of Indore (40-50 Kms away from Indore)
                          2) Then break-down of Bus before 40-50 kms away from indore
                          3) Not taken care to the passengers immediately for shifting them from there with alternate arrangement...Delayed a lot
                          4) Our further journey/onward journey totally disturbed due to this and incurred big loss due to this.
                          4) Staff told Bus will not move and asked passengers to go to Indore as per their wish.

                          We faced so many problems/loss to reach the destination and for our onward journey.

                          In view of the above, please refund of fare amount as Khurana Travel not completed the travel to the destination as booked in the Ticket and also delayed a lot, in turn our further onward journey plan disturbed, also put to lot much problems and inconvenience as they have not take care of the passengers.

                            On 08/06/2019 I had booked a ticket from Wayanad to ernakulam.after entering OTP transaction failure message arrived.again I tried and booked a ticket but the amount had deducted two times from my account.the transaction ID and other details of booked ticket is attached below.also I need to get the deducted amount RS.615 to be refunded as soon as possible.

                              I am trying to book the ticket from a week in the redbus.in. However the booking is getting failed after making payment in bank web site- for fourth time in a row. very patetic interface between redbus browser and banking browser. out of four payments three payments have not been returned. This is not the first time - but fourth time. Even today it got failed. I have enclosed the video as it appears in my system. We request your office to direct redbus for resolution this payment failures and refund crisis at the earliest.

                                I have a problem today i booked 3 seats for my family and ticket no.TN6Y20959829 but still not show any booking status, but another side create a new issue my debited was cash and payed 19hundred something for redbus.
                                So, , please solve my problems and

                                  I have used redbus app for the first time and booked tickets. But I selected a wrong date and wanted to reschedule it to an another date. So went to the ticket options and selected reschedule option to change the date. I couldn't change the booking even though I tried within 30 mins of booking. It was saying sorry you can't reschedule it. I saw many complaints with this reschedule policies on internet for redbus. I tried to reach help support but no one replied even after 7 hours after opened a resolution ticket. I called the customer service number but no response either. I cancelled the ticket with no option left and they looted Rs. 666/- and on the invoice they showed it as Rs. 516/- for cancellation. It's looting people money and there is no strict action taken on this redbus. Please everyone don't book any tickets from redbus.

                                    I booked tickets through redBus from Patna to Delhi in AMAR TRAVEL. Then I got the number of coordinatonter to reach boarding point I tried multiple times but they don't receive my call even they cut my phone although I complaint headquarters of AMAR TRAVEL regarding this issue they also aren't give me any details. I tried to call redbus complaint no regarding this issue but I wasn't able to lodge a complaint. So please give me feedback about this matter & take appropriate actions against this.

                                      I booked my 2 ticket date of 8 the Jun 2019.pune to buldhana.through redbus and receive tiket from national traval. but I'm really unhappy for the below
                                      service.
                                      1.Traval time showing 9.30pm but traval start 11.30pm why they start ?
                                      2 Bus reaches time showing 5.49am but draver said 9.30 am.ehy redbus showing wrong time.
                                      3 no one answered call from traval office.
                                      4 office staff and traval driver directly said we are not reach on time please left this traval.can I paid money for this one.
                                      5 I'm requesting to redbus please refund my money because of you I reach let on my destination.and miss my some work.
                                      Today I start share all details on social media also raise the legal complaint in consumer court

                                        I'm book my ticket through redbus and select national travel.why I'm choose this traval because on the booking time they showing traval start time is 9.30pm and reach timing5.49 and I need reach in buldhana 6.00am.but they start traval 11.30.pm multiple time I was requesting to traval driver and the office boy Vishal but they didn't start travaling on time.still we are in ranjangon so how they reach me 5.49am in buldhana.im really unhappy for redbus service so I want refund my all ticket amount due to not follow the travaling time.if it is not happen I will share all details on social media sites and also take legal action.aldo I will not used redbus service also pass massage to everyone redbus provide bad service and bad training agency.
