Dear red bus, Yesterday i booked the ticket from kalamassery to bangalore Kallada travels (Suresh kallada) Booking id:[protected] Date of journey:20 april 2018 Time: 9:40 I didn't receive the ticket but the payment was done. I applied for refund to my bank account. But till now i hadn't received and the refund status is that you people have initiated with the bank.
