I cancelled the ticket what i booked from kakinada to srikakulam...but 4 days are completed till i didnt get the money yet ...i also checked the refund status till its showing that processing processinng...hw many days will took by you to refund my money...unsatisfied with this redbus app...even though i try to call customer care support they didnt respond and not lifting the call...
